This lovely 3-bedroom, 3-bath home combines comfort and style with plenty of space for family or friends to relax and enjoy Cape Cod.

As you step inside, you’ll be greeted by a cozy living room, perfect for curling up with a book or enjoying time with family. The heart of the home is the spacious, fully equipped kitchen, which opens to a dining area and a large great room with a flat-screen TV—ideal for entertaining or relaxing after a day at the beach.

On the first floor, you’ll find a bedroom with two twin beds and a full bath with tub/shower. Upstairs, there are two more bedrooms and a bonus room. One bedroom has a queen bed, while the hallway features a full bathroom. The bonus room includes a full futon and desk, perfect for extra guests or a workspace.

The upstairs primary suite is a luxurious retreat with a king bed, sitting area, and Juliet balcony. The en-suite bathroom features a standalone soaking tub, double sinks, and a walk-in shower.

Step outside to the screened-in porch off the kitchen for morning coffee, afternoon snacks, or evening games. The private deck features a gas grill, fire pit, and an outdoor shower—perfect for summer nights and stargazing in the backyard.


Nightly rates available in the off season, $175.00 cleaning fee applies. Minimum 3 night stay.

**** CANCELLATION/REFUND POLICY ****

Upon cancellation for ANY reason, money will be refunded less a 20% service fee of the total rental amount due, ONLY if the property is re-rented for the same terms and conditions of the original Agreement. Tenant further acknowledges and agrees that where Kinlin Grover undertakes to re-let the property, the rental fee to be charged to the substitute tenant shall be in an amount to be determined in the reasonable discretion of Kinlin Grover and Owner. Tenant agrees that any cancellation of the reservation, undertaken at any time, shall not be effective unless in writing and delivered to Kinlin Grover.
