This multi-level apartment has everything you'll need for your next Sydney adventure. The living room features two lounges to stretch out on under air conditioning, an HD TV and sliding doors opening to the undercover balcony.

Cooking is a breeze with a large, modern kitchen providing ample bench space and all the essentials to unleash your culinary skills. Dine inside, or make your way upstairs to the rooftop terrace with stretching views of Sydney, where you can fire up the BBQ and enjoy meals alfresco. Soak up the sun on loungers or switch on the festoon lights for moody nights under the twinkling skyline. Laid with turf, it's also the perfect spot for pets to play.

This home has four spacious bedrooms to rest your head, all offering air-conditioning (some split system and others mobile air-conditioning units that connect via window ducts) and plenty of storage space for your belongings. Upstairs, guests will find the spacious primary bedroom with its plush queen bed fronting the central TV. Freshen up in the contemporary ensuite's shower-bath combination, cosy up on the sofa with your favourite book, or sit and sip on the attached balcony. The second bedroom can be found downstairs, offering a queen bed backed against skyline vistas and an attached ensuite with a shower. Bedrooms two and three can be found upstairs, with the third offering a queen bed and the fourth set with a double bed, wall-mounted TV and direct access to the terrace. A third bathroom caters to these rooms, offering a bathtub, shower and sleek vanity.

Please note that the property is now even better equipped for comfort and connection. Additional seating has been added since the photos were taken, with extra chairs at the dining table and rooftop, plus an added sofa chair in the living area for a more spacious, welcoming feel.
During your stay you will have the entire apartment to yourself inc. the rooftop terrace courtyard. Please make yourself at home!

Get to know the best of Sydney's city. In just a three-minute walk to the light rail, jump on board to major hubs such as the Cirqular Quay and marvel at the majestic Harbour Bridge and Opera House. For some peace amongst the urban sprawl, head to the Chinese Garden of Friendship, only a quick five-minute walk away or Hyde Park, just ten-minutes to leafy picnic spots. Walk two-minutes to World Square for some retail therapy, great restaurants and a supermarket for supplies. With only three-minutes to buzzing Darling Harbor, make sure to check the lineup at the International Convention Center for live entertainment. For a surefire date night activity, head five-minutes to Event Cinemas George St and pair a movie with Uncle Tetsu's famous Japanese cheesecake, you won’t regret it!

~Long Stays~
Stays of 21 days or more will incur an additional $120 fee, charged separately, to cover the cost of a deep clean and maintain the property's cleanliness after an extended stay. In-stay cleans are available for $275 and include a full cleaning service with professionally laundered fresh linen.

~ Baby Items ~
There is a portable travel cot available at the property which we can set up for you if requested. Unless specified, the portable travel cot will be placed in the primary bedroom of the property.
Note that our portable travel cots do not come with linens (sheets) or pillows. You would need to supply these items yourself. The property also has a highchair available, which we can have set up for you if requested.

~ Tiny Visitors ~
Sydney is a warm, urban city, and occasionally a bug or two may find its way inside, sometimes through a window or balcony door. This property has been professionally treated at the start of summer and a spray is provided as a backup. This can occur and is quite common in city homes, and does not reflect the cleanliness of the property.

We are pet-friendly - please let us know about your furry friend at the time of booking and we will reach out to charge a pet fee of $100

Sustainable, refillable toiletries are provided and are intended to be reused, not discarded. These items help reduce single-use plastic waste. If any bottles are thrown away or removed, replacement costs will be charged to the guest.
