Family Trip

Condo was clean and suited our needs perfectly. Out kids enjoyed the game machine while the adults enjoyed the margarita machine. Overall great experience.

Comfy Condo

The condo is comfy, spacious and has some delightful wall hangings that make it fun. The pictures are give an accurate impression of the accommodations. We found the kitchen well supplied to prepare a few simple dinners. We would definitely book it again. The bus to keystone is super close -and convenient as is the drive to Arapahoe Basin.

Most importantly, we appreciated the first-floor unit, ski lockers, and easy access to the shuttle, hot tub, and heated pool. The hot tub was great (though often full), the primary bedroom mattress was comfortable, and we enjoyed having a working wood fireplace. Unfortunately, the kitchen was a major disappointment and a real barrier to cooking. Basic items were missing, no mixing bowls, or measuring cups, and 98% of the coated cookware was heavily scratched and unsafe to use. The can opener barely worked and the toaster set on 2 - burned the bread. All combined, it directly impacted our ability to cook well and eat comfortably during our stay. The living room furniture was dated and uncomfortable, and there were a few maintenance issues (including an unstable toilet, a broken shower handle, toilet brush lying directly on the floor (no placemat/container) as well as micro-sized, limited supplies. Given the price for a week-long stay (4700) we expected significantly better upkeep.
Almost all pans were scratched like this.

As a note, there is stainless steel cookware as well. I was not aware of the other issues, but we will check them and address them. Steve did not communicate any issues during his stay, and I wish he had, so that we could have addressed them all while he was here and made his stay a 5-star stay. Thank you

Long Stay

We stayed for about one month to ski and really enjoyed our time. The condo was clean and neat and as advertised. The beds were comfortable, and the pool/hot tub were fantastic. We never needed anything so we can't comment on the property management company's response to issues. They had the condo ready for us when we arrived, and we never had to contact them after that. Depending on the size of our group on future trips, we would stay there again.

Once the cleanliness is fixed, we'd recommend this for families.

Rating Details: The property manager was more than helpful. The vacation rental was somewhat dirty. I was very happy with the location. I was satisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: The unit wasn't very clean. Almost every pot/pan, utensil, etc. in the kitchen was dirty. There was a significant amount of hair (shaved and longer women's hair) in both showers. A dirty cup was left under the bunk beds. In general, the apartment felt a little run down with rust on the bath drains, which would break off when I tried to fill the tub for our little girls bath time. The closet doors in the master bedroom were also off the track and hanging on sideways. Other than the cleanliness issue, we loved the location and how quiet it was. We enjoyed walking out our door to a nearby trail. Once the cleanliness is fixed, we'd recommend this location for families.

pool was nice

the pool being steps away from the unit was perfect for our kids. the unit is much smaller than we realized. It was not as clean as other units we have stayed in. There were dead bugs on the floors and under bathroom vanities clearly had not been swept for awhile. The main hallways have a "weird unpleasant" smell and the carpet thru out the unit is filthy. The unit is very lacking in kitchen/cooking necessities. The pots/pans were burned and kept shedding teflon into our food making them basically unusable. The utensils and dishes/glasses were minimal for a family. The overall experience was OK but We would not likely stay here again.

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: Check in was easy. Condo was clean. The condo is mostly quiet, but it is located right next to the exit, so there is some hallway noise of people coming and going. Kitchen is updated. Pots and pans have seen a lot of wear and tear. A group renting the condo should be aware that the use of the Murphy bed restricts anyone in the back bedroom from coming into the living room when it is folded down (but they do have access to the bathroom). In early season, during the week, Keystone does not have weekday bus line service: on-call shuttle only.
