The Space:

After a day carving down Blackcomb, you can slip into the warmth of the private hot tub or settle beside the fireplace as the quiet of the season settles around you. This chalet offers the kind of mountain comfort where you can unwind easily and enjoy the rhythm of winter days.
Living spaces
Set across three stories, the chalet provides generous room for gathering while still giving you spaces to retreat. The main level centers around an open-plan living area framed by expansive windows and a striking stone fireplace, ideal for warming up after time on the slopes. A spacious media room on the lower level adds another place to relax, complete with a projector and gas fireplace. Just off the kitchen, a large deck gives you a peaceful vantage point for winter scenery.
Kitchen & dining
The kitchen includes the essentials needed for shared meals, with a center island, double ovens, dishwasher, and full cookware. The dining area sits beside the kitchen and accommodates 8 guests, making it easy to come together over dinner as snow falls outside.
Sleeping arrangements
On the upper level, the primary bedroom features a walk-in closet, gas fireplace, and balcony with views, along with an ensuite that includes a bathtub, glass-enclosed shower, and large windows. A second upper-level bedroom offers two bunk beds and its own ensuite with a walk-in wardrobe and shower.
The main level includes a powder room for added convenience.
On the lower level, the third bedroom has a Tribunk and an ensuite with bathtub, shower, and vanity. The fourth bedroom includes a king bed, direct access to the hot tub deck, and an ensuite. The fifth bedroom also features a king bed, fireplace, reading nook, and ensuite. In total, the chalet provides 5 bedrooms, 10 beds, and 5.5 bathrooms for up to 10 guests.
Outdoor living & ski access
Winter days are made simple with ski-in/ski-out access connecting you to the Yellow Brick Road Run and the Blackcomb Gondola via a brief 100-meter walk along the street, depending on snow conditions. After returning from the mountain, you can enjoy the private hot tub or settle onto the deck to take in the cool alpine air. Dedicated ski storage in the mudroom keeps transitions smooth.
Practical details
A two-car garage, additional visitor parking, and a generously sized laundry room add convenience to longer stays. The chalet includes air conditioning, heating, an indoor fireplace, portable fans, and home safety features such as smoke and carbon monoxide alarms. You will also have WiFi, a dedicated workspace, multiple TVs, and self check-in with a smart lock. Bedrooms include bed linens, extra pillows and blankets, room-darkening shades, and clothing storage. The kitchen is equipped with essentials, major appliances, and a dining table, while the outdoor areas include a balcony and outdoor furniture. Long term stays are allowed.

This home is near an ongoing construction project. No activity takes place during weekends or the Christmas and New Year holidays.

Guest Access:
Guests will have full, private access to the residence, including all bedrooms, bathrooms, living areas, and the patios and balconies. A private hot tub is available for your exclusive use. A double garage provides parking for two vehicles, complemented by visitor parking. Check-in is contactless, with entry provided via a unique door code. Detailed check-in instructions will be sent prior to arrival.
The Neighborhood:
Summit Chalet is located in one of Whistlerâs most exclusive ski-in/ski-out neighbourhoods on the slopes of Blackcomb Mountain. With only a handful of private residences, it offers a quiet and luxurious alpine setting just minutes from Whistler Village. From Summit Chalet, guests enjoy direct access to the Yellow Brick Road ski runâjust a short 100-meter walk from the front doorâleading to the Blackcomb Gondola and the base of the mountain.

Weâve applied a construction discount to recognize potential noise disturbances and inconveniences. No further construction compensation will be offered.
