The Space:
Snow settles quietly on the evergreens as you arrive, the air crisp and clear, with Blackcomb Mountain close enough to feel part of the landscape. Inside, warmth builds quickly - firelight flickers against stone, and wide windows frame winter scenery that changes with every snowfall. Days begin unhurried and calm, evenings end in the hush of falling snow and steam rising from the hot tub.
Living spaces
Set across three levels, this standalone chalet balances shared gathering areas with places to retreat and unwind. The main living area centers around a stone fireplace beneath vaulted ceilings, with expansive windows drawing in the alpine surroundings. On another level, a dedicated media room with a projector and gas fireplace creates a cozy setting for movie nights or quiet downtime after a day outdoors. The layout allows everyone to spread out while still feeling connected.
Kitchen and dining
The kitchen is designed for cooking together, whether itâs simple breakfasts before heading out or slow dinners back at home. Thereâs ample counter space and room to move, with the dining area just off the kitchen seating up to eight guests for shared meals and conversation. From here, step out onto the deck to take in mountain views and winter air between courses.
Sleeping arrangements
The chalet accommodates up to 10 guests across five bedrooms.
On the upper level, the primary bedroom features a gas fireplace, walk-in closet, balcony with scenic views, and an ensuite with a bathtub and separate shower. Also upstairs is a second bedroom with two bunk beds and its own ensuite.
The main level includes a convenient powder room.
On the lower level, the third bedroom offers a Tribunk and an ensuite with a bathtub and shower. The fourth bedroom has a king bed, an ensuite, and direct access to the hot tub deck. The fifth bedroom includes a king bed, fireplace, reading nook, and ensuite. In total, the home provides five bedrooms, ten beds, and five and a half bathrooms.
Outdoor living and ski access
After time on the slopes, step down to the hot tub on the lower level and soak in the warmth as cold mountain air surrounds you. The upper deck offers additional outdoor space and views over the winter landscape. Dedicated ski storage in the mudroom helps keep gear organized. Ski-in/ski-out access connects to the Yellow Brick Road Run and the Blackcomb Gondola via a brief 100-meter walk along the street, with access dependent on snowfall and weather conditions.
Practical details
A two-car garage, additional visitor parking, washer and dryer, and air conditioning add comfort for longer stays. The chalet also includes heating, indoor fireplaces, portable fans, Wi-Fi, a dedicated workspace, and self check-in with a smart lock. Safety features are in place, and long-term stays are welcome, making the home well suited for extended winter escapes or multi-family trips focused on time together in the mountains.
Note
This home is near an ongoing construction project. No activity takes place during weekends or the Christmas and New Year holidays.
Disclaimer: Ski access is dependent on weather and snow conditions, and may vary each season. Typically, ski access is available from late December to late March. Our Guest Services team can confirm snow levels before your arrival upon request.
Guest Access:
Guests will have full, private access to the residence, including all bedrooms, bathrooms, living areas, and the patios and balconies. A private hot tub is available for your exclusive use. A double garage provides parking for two vehicles, complemented by visitor parking. Check-in is contactless, with entry provided via a unique door code. Detailed check-in instructions will be sent prior to arrival.
The Neighborhood:
Summit Chalet is located in one of Whistlerâs most exclusive ski-in/ski-out neighbourhoods on the slopes of Blackcomb Mountain. With only a handful of private residences, it offers a quiet and luxurious alpine setting just minutes from Whistler Village. From Summit Chalet, guests enjoy direct access to the Yellow Brick Road ski runâjust a short 100-meter walk from the front doorâleading to the Blackcomb Gondola and the base of the mountain.

Other Things to Note:
âą The homesite next door is under construction. Construction is typically active from 7:30 am to 5 pm, Monday to Friday. However, Whistler municipality permits construction from 7:30 am to 8 pm daily. Construction noise may come from machinery, vehicles, and workers. Weâve applied a construction discount to recognize potential noise disturbances and inconveniences. No further construction compensation will be offered.
