About this space
Come relax and enjoy this modern lake house oasis with fun for the entire family. This private all-season cottage is directly on Falls Lake with a large deck and beach access steps away from your door. If you are looking for a summer lake house getaway, fall winery retreat or cozy fireplace after a day at the ski hill you will find it all at the Moon Shadow Lakehouse.
The space
This is a newly built single story lake front home with modern finishes and an open concept. Inside you will be greeted with a large living room overlooking the lake with a beautiful stone propane fireplace, dining area and fully equipped kitchen. There is a large main bedroom with a king size bed, walkout access to the deck and lake front, and an ensuite with soaker tub, dual sinks, and large shower. There is a second bedroom with a queen-size bed tastefully decorated and a room with two comfortable twin-size beds that would accommodate children or adults.
There is also a second bathroom with full bath and shower and a laundry room with washer and dryer available for guest use. The kitchen has all the amenities including brand new appliances, a wine chiller, large walk in pantry and everything you will need to cook for you and your family.
The outdoor area has a large back deck with dining area, BBQ for grilling and fire pit. For lake access and swimming there is a large deck and dock out onto the water and a small sandy beach area to the side. The private boat launch is directly beside the property with easy access to Falls Lake. There are life jackets, floats, a kayak, and paddle boat that can be enjoyed by our guests.
