The penthouse suite is located on the top floor of a 20-story building. Guests have access to the entire suite which is tastefully decorated and includes a comfortable living room with a large Smart TV, a fully-equipped full-size kitchen, a workstation alcove with fast WiFi, Apple iMac desktop computer and HP printer guests are free to use, and a large balcony overlooking Toronto. The bedroom is large and quiet with a premium queen-size bed featuring designer bedding and a new plush comfortable mattress.

Parking

There is paid underground parking (under the building), as well as a paid outdoor parking lot right next to the building. The overnight rate is $6 (6 PM to 7 AM), and the all-day rate is $12 (7 AM to 6 PM). *Rates may have changed since writing.

Things to know before booking:

1) There is no air conditioning and in the summer it can get very hot. There are fans and there is a huge balcony with great views where it is cooler, but if you are one of those people who can’t live without AC you should know this.

2) It’s an old apartment building. There are only 2 elevators, one which often doesn’t work. Sometimes you have to wait up to 3 minutes for the elevator. When you are in a rush, it can be annoying!
