In the quiet neighborhood of Village Green, you will find the home is amongst a wonderful community of well-maintained homes.

Upon entering the home, you'll see the open floor plan living space. The living room contains a sofa and two chairs and 65" HD TV for your enjoyment. The home also has an office space set up in the living area with a great view of the pool. Moving into the kitchen, you will see beautiful granite counter tops and stainless steel appliances. The dining room is off of the kitchen and has a large table with bench-style seating. The space comfortably seats 6-7. In addition to the main living space, this home also has a family room located off of the kitchen. The family room contains seating, a 32" HD TV and plenty of space for entertaining.

Moving into the sleeping areas, you will find three guest bedrooms. The first guest bedroom contains a twin size bed. The second guest bedroom contains a queen size bed. The final guest bedroom contains a twin bunk bed with a staircase leading up to the top bunk. All closets contain built in custom shelving to optimize the storage space. All guest bedrooms will also share a guest bathroom located conveniently down the hall. Lastly, the master bedroom contains a queen size bed and en suite bathroom.
Moving to the exterior, this home has a large backyard and in-ground pool. The covered seating area features a custom mural of the Anna Maria Island Pier painted by a local Bradenton artist. The home also has a washer and dryer located in the garage for your use. Parking in the garage will not be available but there is plenty driveway space for multiple vehicles. Beach chairs and beach towels are available for guests use! Pool heating is optional, for an additional fee.

Please note that trailers and boat trailers are not permitted to be parked in the driveway per the association rules.

The home is located in an enjoyable neighborhood complete with comfort and convenience. Ideally located in the heart of west Bradenton, residents enjoy easy access to shopping, restaurants, first-rate schools, downtown Sarasota and Bradenton, and the miles of tranquil white sandy beaches. Nature lovers will delight in nearby Robinson Preserve where walking, biking, kayaking and bird watching are pleasant ways to spend your day. Bradenton Beach is located less than 13 minutes away and Anna Maria Island is only a couple more minutes up the coast. Your peaceful paradise awaits you!

Pool heating is optional, for an additional non-refundable fee of $25 per day + taxes to be paid directly to the management company after the reservation is confirmed. Pool heat request made after guest arrival will incur an additional $45 trip charge.
