The house was spotless, had excellent amenities, and was priced fairly for the market. Everything was exactly as advertised. We loved the pool and the outdoor entertainment space. We were very pleased with our stay and won't hesitate for a second to stay here again. Excellent.

Dreams of Paradise is so appropriate

Our family truly enjoyed our stay! So much so that I immediately went to book for Spring break next year (sadly, it was already booked). We will definitely be returning soon!! The perfect location, and home away from home! Thank you for such an awesome experience!

Property was exactly as pictured in photos. It was very clean & well equipped. The location was perfect for our family. Our kids really had a great time in the pool. We will be returning here on our next trip to Anna Maria!

Great Vacation Home!

My family recently had a week long vacation at this property. Check-in was seamless and we all were very happy with the condition of the house & the amenities that it had. The decor was well done & the outside area exceeded our expectations. We spent a lot of our time at the pool - which was very nice. The fenced yard was also a nice feature. The location is great, since this home is very close to AMI. When the traffic was heavy we avoided much of it due to the location. We enjoyed walking the nature preserve which is only about a mile away. We definitely plan to return next year.

Feel at Home

Located in a very nice neighborhood close to Robinson Preserve and Riverview Pointe Preserve. The rooms were spacious and clean and decorated tastefully. Fully stocked kitchen so bring groceries and you're ready to cook meals at the home or go out to enjoy the many restaurants in the nearby area. Close to shopping, restaurants, entertainment and beaches.

Wonderful Vacation Home

We stayed at this property and found it's location to be perfect! Very close to Anna Maria, Robinson Preserve, Botanical Gardens & Ft. Desoto Memorial Park. We went to Phillies & Pirates spring training during our stay. The beaches here are beautiful! The house had everything we needed for a great stay. It was very clean and fully stocked. We spent a lot of time in the pool and out in the lanai. Would recommend this vacation home.

From start of booking all the way to finish of checking out, went well. Had a question before arriving as well as one when there, they addressed it very quickly. Felt comfortable there, with cleanliness, safety,, quietness.. The one thing was I perfer to cook most meals, I would like a barbecue and the pots pans old dirty looking need more to accommodate 8 people. Not up to par with the rest of house. The rest of kitchen supplies were just fine. Overall I "Would " rent it again !!! Thank you Gulf Coast Vacation Rental.

Loved this home

We stayed here recently with friends and really enjoyed our vacation at this home. There is a shopping center fairly close by that has everything needed. Best location in NW Bradenton because we were very close to Anna Maria. We also spent time in Long Boat Key and Sarasota which are both close by. I like to cook and really appreciated the fully stocked kitchen. The home was newly decorated and well equipped, which helped to make our trip really nice.

Awesome stay

Really enjoyed my stay here! It was clean and the inside was really cozy. Only thing I didn’t like was the wasp nests, there was maybe 4 I counted and the wasps were flying everywhere and I was afraid of being stung 😅 but overall great experience

Accommodation exactly as shown in the listing photos.

Very good location, very close to Anna Maria Island Square. Beautiful pool. Ultra-comfortable beds. The only thing we found disappointing was that there was no coffee or cooking oil, as indicated in the listing. We arrived very late, so there was no coffee the next morning to wake us up. Otherwise, I have no other negative points to mention. Very large and great for 2 families

VERY NICE PROPERTY!

Staying at this vacation home made our trip very enjoyable. We were extremely happy with the decor and amenities that the property had. The home was very open & spacious with a fully equipped kitchen - this made for preparing meals easy. Each bedroom was tastefully decorated with beach themes. The fenced yard was a nice asset as were the numerous beach chairs, floats & cooler. My family & I enjoyed many games of ping pong & cornhole. The location of this home is ideal.

Great Family Home

This property was 10-20 minutes away from the beaches and was perfect for the family to relax in the pool after a long day at the beach.

Adult vacation

We had 4 adults and it was nice to have bedrooms on both sides of the house. We had a lovely stay. A nice home. Good location. Everything that we wanted/needed was close by.

Beautiful!

My family and I loved our stay at this property! Located in a great neighborhood and the house was beautiful and comfortable. We did not experience any problems during our stay and the management company had good communication. Would recommend and def intend to stay here again in the future.

Great vacation.

We had a great trip with family ranging from 8-88 years old. House as listed. Great private pool although it didn’t get as warm as we expected with the heating. Would definitely stay here again!
