Perfect Location

Perfect for a family vacation! Just steps from the beach & a beautiful view from the balcony. Plenty of room in the condo & very clean. Beach chairs and umbrellas provided.

Very nice condo with a view of the Gulf. It is on the third floor with an elevator. Takes about 5 minutes to walk to the beach. Also near several good eating spots. Except for the no-see-ums, we had a great time and would definitely stay again!

Nice guest cottage!

The property was clean, quiet, convenient to shopping, and not that far from the beach. The owner, Deb, was wonderful to work with and I would highly recommend staying at the property!

Great place!

Condo was clean and in a wonderful location. Had everything we needed inside and chairs/towels for the beach. One minute walk to beach. Beach views from the enclosed balcony. I would definitely recommend and stay again. Only downfall was no elevators so you have to go up and down 2 flights of stairs.

Family Vacation

Steps to the beach! Great view from the lanai. Property was clean. Could use some updating-bathrooms need renovated, new furniture in both bedrooms, dryer is older and it took a long time for items to dry, linens in bedrooms and bathrooms could use refreshing, some beach item's weren't useable. Kitchen was stocked with everything to make meals. Community pool and amenities were nice. Communication with property management was promt and courteous.

Property is just as described. Lots of kitchen items. Welcoming decor. Great view. Would definitely stay again. Management (Marge/Beth) we're on top of things and communication couldnt have been clearer.

So good to be back!

Everything was absolutely wonderful. The condo was super cute and had all the things you would need for a perfect stay. The beds were great. Supply of beach items were perfect. The view was great from the room. Cannot think of one complaint. We love Loggerhead, Sanibel owns my soul and no matter how long we stay- it’s never enough.

Had a great visit other than the beds were very uncomfortable. The master mattress has sinkholes and should have been replaced a long time ago. The double in the spare was also uncomfortable. Having said that, it was a great place and well put together other than the beds

Our family had a great stay here. The condo is very well equipped in the kitchen as well as with beach equipment. We loved the lanai and enjoyed having both a couch and a table with chairs. The ocean view is wonderful and the beach is spectacular- we found many shells and even found some lightning whelks, though they were still occupied so we had to put them back. The decor is lovely and fresh. The A/C works well (it was hot outside during our stay) and the beds are comfortable. Lots of kinds of pillows to choose from, which I love as a pillow snob. The folks at Island Vacations were very responsive. All around great experience. We would love to stay here again.

Beautifully decorated very comfortable condo in excellent condition, but we were disappointed that there was only one roll of toilet paper per bathroom and no facial tissue forcing us to buy our own for the stay.

Look somewhere else

I like the Loggerhead Cay property, this particular unit left a lot to be desired.First, the mobile check in for the condo would not work at 10p.m. Fortunately, someone did text me back with the code after I reached out. When I called the following day with my concerns that the coded door was not working properly, and describe numerous damages in the unit, I was told to only text them.The bathroom ceilings were peeling paint, the shower liners mildewed. There were issues with the a/c, that it was set at 50 and it was 73 degrees. The bedroom tv was broken on the stand, cleanliness was subpar ( long hair stuck everywhere).If you are looking to rent this unit, I’d suggest you look at something else.

A Flawless Vacation Spot!

As someone who's usually very picky about vacation rentals, I have to say this condo on Sanibel Island completely exceeded my expectations! It was spotless, bright, and beautifully furnished; every detail felt thoughtful and high-quality. The kitchen had everything we needed, the living space was comfortable, and the patio offered a fantastic view of the water. The short walk to the beach was perfect, and the quiet, peaceful setting made it easy to relax. Even the small touches, like extra linens and beach gear, made a big difference. I was genuinely impressed and would happily stay here again!
