Welcome to Breakers West, Professionally managed by Gulf Coast Vacation Rentals. an exclusive beachfront sanctuary nestled along the serene shores of Sanibel Island. With only 18 units, this charming development offers an intimate and uncrowded escape. Surrounded by lush palm trees and vibrant hibiscus, Breakers West is ideally located just 100 yards from the pristine white sands of the Gulf of Mexico. Perfect for those seeking relaxation, the property features beautifully manicured grounds, a heated swimming pool, and convenient access to Sanibel's scenic bike paths.

This third-floor condo offers over 1,000 square feet of thoughtfully designed living space. With only four units on this floor, you'll enjoy a peaceful retreat with no noise from above. The condo includes two spacious bedrooms and two full baths. The master suite features a king-size bed, a wall-mounted flat-screen TV, and a private bathroom with a walk-in shower. The guest bedroom offers a cozy queen bed and an en-suite bathroom with a walk-in shower, making it perfect for couples or families traveling together.

The fully equipped kitchen is ideal for preparing meals, complete with modern appliances, including a Keurig coffee maker. Relax in the inviting living room, which features a flat-screen TV, a collection of books and games, and easy access to your private screened-in lanai. Here, you can unwind with a cool drink as you take in the warm Florida breezes and sounds of the nearby Gulf.

Breakers West also offers amenities designed to enhance your stay, including a sundeck perfect for catching Sanibel's breathtaking sunsets, BBQ grills for al fresco dining, and an outdoor shower to rinse off after a day at the beach. The property includes a bike rack, making it easy to explore the island's many trails. Please note that the condo includes one dedicated parking spot, and there is limited guest parking for day visitors.

Whether you're soaking up the sun on the beach, biking through Sanibel's natural beauty, or simply lounging by the pool, Breakers West provides the perfect setting for a memorable island getaway.

This unit will rent for less than a week in the off season, call for a nightly rate - 4 night minimum May- November. 7 night Minimum December - April.

Everything about this condo was top notch. The space was very clean and provided everything that we needed for a relaxing week. It is conveniently located right off the beach and only a short drive from the restaurants or activities. Would definitely stay here again and recommend!

We couldn’t be happier! The Breakers West is an up-to-date condo that is clean, with immaculate grounds, and beach access within sight. Everything was exactly as described. I emailed a few questions before our arrival date and VRBO responded quickly. We will be using VRBO again!

Charming Condo In The Perfect Location

We really enjoyed our stay. The unit C3 was immaculate and beautifully decorated. I was quite surprised with the luxurious sheets and towels in the master suite. They really thought of everything you would need including beach towels and umbrellas. We were just a short walk down a lovely path to the beach. The stretch of beach was breathtaking and the shells were gorgeous . We will definitely be back. Thank you for sharing your happy place with us.

We love Breakers West and have stayed there in different units a number of times. C3 is a great unit with very responsive hosts. It has been beautifully updated, but still shows its age, as most of them do. Access to the rooftop area is awesome! I never even knew that was there before! If you typically stay at Vrbo locations, you should note that this one does NOT save leftover kitchen items e.g. coffee, sugar, coffee filters, spices, as you may be accustomed to. However, the welcome get-started boxes are very helpful with basic kitchen cleaning needs as well as toiletries in the bathrooms. Overall, a great place to stay!

Great condo

Breakers West Condo

This condo did not look out onto the water, but was located within minutes of the beach via a crushed shell path. It was simple and comfortable and an easy bike ride to the Wildlife Refuge. The beach had mounds of shells and lovely wintering birds skittering along the shore. I would come back!

Awesome stay we love Sanibel. Awesome setting. Only bad thing waa the ceiling fan cord in the master bed room that had been cut and put back together with electrical tape. I showed it to the gentle man when he replaced the battery in the fan remote but it wasnt fixed. Really not safe a kid could pull it apart. But everything else was awesome.

Good location

Unit spacious, clean and well stocked kitchen. On the beach which was not crowded. Great shelling.However the king bed mattress too soft very uncomfortable. Booked this unit for king bed but couldn't use it. Had to sleep in queen bed. Also all towels and sheets strong perfume scent which was terrible! Never stayed anywhere that had scented tiwels and sheets. Not good for people with allergies.Hopefully this place will change to unscented detergent. A

Enjoyed our stay at Breakers West C3 on Sanibel Island. The condo had everything that one could ask for. It was very clean and organized. Quiet,nice pool, rooftop sunning area, and just a very short walk to the beach. We payed extra for early check-in. Worth it. Will we return? In a heartbeat!
