All guest are required to complete an online insurance / security form. This step involves uploading an ID and a selfie holding the ID to verify the booking details. For the home owners security, only guests who are listed on the security form are allowed access to the property.
Australia is a tropical country, from time to time you may see bugs, spiders and insects, mostly harmless. We don't accept cancellations on the above but are at your disposal should you need any assistance. We regularly fumigate the property to prevent unwanted pests.

However, let's keep the wild parties at bay, as we've got to be responsible neighbours. Please remember, there's a $2000 fine waiting for anyone who decides to throw a bash that's too epic to handle.
