Let me sum up this place in a word; Dirty. My calls to the manager from my cell phone were blocked. The calls from my land line went to a Full Mailbox. Evolve continually sent me 6 digit verification codes to my cell even when I had not contacted them. When I did ask for one, none worked. The sheets and blankets are deeply stained, so much so that I wondered if they were washed. The only entry for guests to return to the house is a back door. The way there is easy to trip and not well lit. The lovely video system has issues. We eventually got it wired up so we could play DVDs. The large window in the screen room can not be darkened. Fully Furnished Kitchen does not include a 9x13 or measuring cups or mixing bowl. Few drinking glasses and cups. Dishwasher worked. There were two partial bags of open flour, coffee and other miscellaneous foods. Dishes in the cupboard appeared unwashed. Wet bar has no glassware, but did have a spider living in the dirty sink. So did the filthy sink at the entry door. Some high up bulbs in the house are burnt out. Some of the thresholds from room to room had large filth filled cracks to the sub floor. The bathtub water valve sticks and covered with soap scum. We found very few towels etc. Bathmats need to be washable, and washed. We did find dead bugs in drawers and under couch cushions, but no live ones, except the spiders. Some towels and blankets did have material dried and caked on them. So, like the title implies, keep looking
