An entire studio apartment, all to yourself. This fully furnished apartment has been beautifully built to provide a blend of comfort and coziness.
The studio is just off the scenic Perry Barr road in Hallett Cove.
 It is a perfect inviting space for your next vacation or business trip.
As you enter, you'll immediately feel at home. It is a sunfilled, well equipped open plan living space with a queen bed and has open wardrobe. We provide bedsheets, pillows, quilt and blanket to ensure a restful night sleep for guests.
The bathroom includes walk in shower with a convenient front loading washing machine, hair dryer and bathroom essentials.
The studio's kitchen is provided with a cooking range, fridge, puratap for filtered water, coffee machine, blender, microwave, toaster, bench air fryer and kettle.
It has a comfy swivel snuggle and three piece dining table. Plenty of powerpoints for charging devices.Â
AÂ private courtyard with guest BBQ and outdoor dining facilities.
Free and easy street parking is available just out front.
If you are after a memorable shopping experience đïž, Westfield Marion is just 15 minutes drive away. Open seven days a week with wide arey of stores and services, you will find everything you need.
