The host made it easy to access their gorgeous house! I don’t know who cleans their house, but I definitely need them to come clean my house! Everything was supplied for our stay! Instructions were very clear and easygoing. Rooms are large and very accommodating for my family to celebrate a belated Christmas with my son who is station at Ft Hood. The master bathroom and closet is huge! Neighborhood was quiet. Will stay again!

Perfect place for our needs

Large home for us to be able to come and see my son and his family. House was perfect size for 3 kids and 4 adults. Management was super responsive to any questions we had. House was very clean upon check, check in and check out was super easy. Was there over 4th of July, no need to travel as the neighborhood had several fireworks going off!! My granddaughters loved it. Would defiantly recommend and will look to rent again when we return.

It served a purpose

The home was decorated for Christmas with a lighted tree and a few decorations. It was a nice touch. The owners of the property were kind enough to provide Christmas gifts to the grandkids.The home was furnished modestly. The home was advertised as being able to sleep 8, there was 1 king size bed, and 3 queen size beds, but the livingroom sat 6 and the dining room table sat 6. Of the 4 beds, 3 were comfortable enough to sleep in, the other not so much. It was so concave in the middle, no one could sleep on it.And in my opinion, when it come to renting a VRBO home for 6 days, you should be able to control the thermostat, without having to ask the "homeowners" for permission. And them when permission was granted, and the A/C was turned on, the temperature was governed by the homeowner and would not drop below 72 degrees. Having a direct line of communication with the homeowners was just awkward and intrusive on a lot of levels. The home should have been equipped with hand towels and kitchen towels. Paper towels are great when camping, but not when you are renting a home. But if you are going to require the use of paper towels, please provide larger trash cans in the bathrooms. Again just different. I don't know how long these homeowners have been on VBRO, but I've rented all over the U.S. and have never ran into these issues. Take it as constructive criticism.

During your stay, you mentioned that everything was going well and that you loved the home, so we were surprised to hear about these issues after your departure.- Your pre-arrival message emphasized the importance of communicating any issues during your stay so we could address them promptly. We believe that better communication would have allowed us to resolve concerns and help make your experience a five-star one.- The A/C system settings and available fans were discussed during your stay. While we understand this might have felt restrictive, we aimed to maintain a comfortable environment for all guests.- As listed, the home features two dining areas: one that seats six and another that seats four.- All beds in the home are under a year old, and we inspected the mattresses after your visit without finding any issues.- Regarding linens, we provide essentials like hand towels and paper towels, which we have found most practical since the pandemic. We look forward to hosting you again and making your next visit a five-star experience!
