The ground floor hosts the fully equipped kitchen, open living and dining area, and a shaded outdoor patio. Two bedrooms are located on the second floor — one with an en-suite bath and another with adjacent bath and laundry area. A third private bedroom is perched on the third floor. The home is furnished with king-size bedroom sets in all three rooms and includes luxury touches like high-end cabinetry, stainless steel appliances, central A/C, ceiling fans, a Smart TV, Wi-Fi, and a washer/dryer.

Kitchen essentials include: Dishwashing liquid and/or dishwasher tabs, basic pantry items such as salt, pepper, and coffee filters to get you started.
