Loved my stay

A very nice well equipped, clean unit. With an absolutely beautiful view of the Gulf!! I had a bit of trouble with getting into the unit. I got locked out a couple times and locked in once. It ended up being a broken lock. Which was eventually replaced. I don’t blame anyone ….things like that happen.. I would totally recommend staying here…. Beautiful walks on the beach, pelicans and dolphins and sea birds

Great condo!

We loved our stay! It was a little on the small side but perfect for 2 people. It had everything we needed. Great location away from the crowds and beautiful sunsets from balcony! We would stay again! Thanks for everything!!

Great ocean getaway

The property was fantastic. The view was gorgeous! The place was comfortable. Very clean with everything a single or couple could need. The kitchen included all the cooking equipment and utensils you could use. The living area was comfortable. The king-size bed was comfortable with a selection of pillows. The host stocked the closet with all the beach paraphernalia you could want: chairs, umbrellas, towels, etc. All of this right on the water with a beautiful view and a nice balcony to enjoy the view. I'm looking forward to returning soon!

Beautiful place

Great view of the beach, stocked with plenty of beach towels, chairs and umbrellas. Had a pool and was a good distance to the center of town.

Very pleasant beautiful views

Property has beautiful views of the ocean. Private beach and people are nice abd on the quiet side. Great for relaxation. Decor is dated but clean, although bathroom needs scrubbing and painting. Closet door is very old needs replacing. We didn't have WiFi for the first 3 days because owner didn't pay for it, but after calling him the matter was resolved. Great restaurants in shopping across and near. Cvs across also and Publix by car not far. Overall we had a great relaxing stay which it was what we wanted. Definitely recommend.

Ocean Front Beauty

This property had a stunning view of the ocean. We loved sitting on patio watching nature do it's thing. Property manager was kind and lived on property. Fred, Security Guard was fantastic at his job. We have stayed at EB&T many times and love the environment it offers guests. Can't wait to return.

Spectacular View.

Our condo had a spectacular view. The furnishings were a little dated, but then so are we!😀 The condo was clean and furnished with everything we needed. The bed was very comfortable. We slept with the windows open and the waves were a sound we loved falling to sleep with. The beach was great for shelling, and it was wonderful for long morning walks. There were plenty of beach towels and toys, but beach chairs definitely need replacing. Thankfully the condo had plenty of lounging chairs at the pool and sun patio, though they cannot be taken to the beach. We loved the quieter location at the south end of the island. The people we met were all very friendly. We walked across the street every morning for a great breakfast at Truly Scrumptious, and tried different places for dinner. Plenty of great food to be had. Overall, we loved our time there, and will certainly be back.

Florida vacation

Exterior beach and tennis club is very nice. We have stayed in different condos 8different times and every one was very nice..the beach is very close real nice calm water and the pool is very clean and maintained. Have never been there where people were having parties with slot of alcohol or making slot of noise. Very debit able place to stay

We absolutely loved our stay. The view was incredible from the balcony. The sunset were incredible.

Janet it was a pleasure renting for you. Your own private Beach was right out from the pool. No need to get in your car shopping, ice cream and restaurants are a short walk across the road. We would definitely stay here again.

Great view

My husband and I enjoyed the condo, however, there were a few things that needed attention. We had SO many gnats, they were everywhere and got into our sealed brand new loaf of bread. The fan in the bedroom constantly ticked, so we were unable to use the fan in the bedroom because it was so loud. This is just a personal preference, but there was no TV in the bedroom. We did enjoy the view from the balcony and the kitchen was complete with anything you could want/need, however, the gnats made us not want to use the kitchen. Overall it was a great stay minus the gnats.

Awesome Views

We absolutely loved the Fantastic view from the Balcony where we enjoyed our coffee as well as Bloody Mary's & Mimosa's in the morning! Beautifully decorated & Equipped with all the necessities needed for the beach. Very short walk to a great Beach and the Pool is very nice. We slept very well because the King Bed is very comfortable!

Week of fun, sun and fishing.

Location of the condo on the beach front was right on the money. Close to pool and few yards from sitting on the beach. Love location on the street and close to shops and restaurants. We truly enjoyed our stay. State parks are close as well and worthy of visiting.

Amazing view - condo needs a little TLC

We enjoyed our stay. Resort was very nice and our room offered a spectacular view. Condo provided everything we needed with exception of a pizza/baking pan. Our biggest concern was it needed a thorough cleaning. Because we had a couple rainy days, I spent one morning tackling a few things. I have done cleaning as a job so didn’t mind. Overall we had a great time.

Great view and property- inside needs some attention

Overall - we enjoyed our stay. The view from the room was fantastic! No problem with check in, but would recommend the owners install a keyless entry to the unit ( like the majority of units we saw) - very cumbersome to always have to carry a small key with you . With only two of us - it was always - “do you have the key?” - can’t imagine trying to keep track of it with more than the two of us. Also - please invest in some new pillows for the bed- the ones are old and extremely flat. In addition, newer appliances could help unit -the toaster oven was old and hard to operate, the coffee pot was a basic one with no automatic shut off. The tv was small with no high definition.. Overall , for a one week rental - it was okay.

Check-in process was smooth and the view from our balcony was amazing. Only downfall was 2 beach chairs when the place rents up to 4 people and only a tiny cooler. Somethings could be updated. However, great stay and exactly what we were looking for.

Beautiful view

Nice property south of the seasonal traffic. Did not feel welcone, residents who stay there for winter were not nice. I reported it to office gal & she already knew. Other visitors had same opinion. Condo was perfect & best view and close to beach & pool. Shame that we will not go back due to rudeness.

Great Condo

We had a wonderful time during our stay on the beach. The condo was clean, quiet and close to a lot of shopping and restaurants. The condo was fully equipped with all of the kitchen and bath essentials. We enjoyed sitting out on the balcony drinking coffee and tea in the morning and watching the sunset in the evenings. I would definitely recommend the condo and can't wait to visit again in the future.
