This striking Sea Pines home offers the perfect combination of comfort, style, and convenience in the heart of the Sea Pines Resort. Centrally located between the world-famous Harbour Town Yacht Basin and the Sea Pines Beach Club, guests can easily explore either destination with a short 10–15 minute bike ride on the community’s scenic paths. The home is also near the beach shuttle parking lot, providing quick access to the ocean.

Designed for both relaxation and togetherness, this spacious home features an open main living area with vaulted ceilings and a decorative fireplace, as well as a secondary living space that can double as a home office—ideal for families who want to enjoy different activities simultaneously. The fully renovated eat-in kitchen is as functional as it is beautiful, offering everything you need to prepare meals for the entire group.

The primary bedroom is exceptionally spacious, complete with a large flat-screen TV and a luxurious ensuite bathroom with double sinks and a spa-like tiled walk-in shower. Two additional bedrooms each feature Queen beds and updated bathrooms—one ensuite and one with a full bath just steps away. The fourth bedroom is ideal for kids or extra guests, offering a twin-over-full bunk and an additional twin bed with its own ensuite bath. A Queen sleeper sofa provides even more flexibility for sleeping arrangements, allowing the home to comfortably accommodate up to 12 guests.

Outdoor living truly sets this property apart. A beautiful screened-in porch features an eight-seat dining set perfect for alfresco meals, while the adjacent patio includes a gas grill, a standalone saltwater hot tub, and a private swimming pool that can be heated for an additional fee. A basketball hoop in the driveway adds a fun touch for friendly games. This home also includes four adult bicycles from South Beach Bike Rentals and four backpack beach chairs, making it easy to enjoy the Sea Pines lifestyle from the moment you arrive.

This trip was AMAZING. The host were fantastic.

My buddies and I came for a golf trip and the house was amazing. The only minor complaint I would habe is the beds were not the most comfortable but everything else was A+++++++++++++++++++++++. I will be booking again.

Good House

This was a good house in a good location. We very much enjoyed it. It could use a little more stocking in the kitchen. Otherwise, I would stay there again.

great 4th of July

Great location, easy check in and out, everything accurate as expected. Floors could have been mopped better. everthing else was great. King bed was a touch hard, queen in other bedroom should be a king as well for two families sharing. Great family and friends vaca once again!

A Bit Disappointing; You Can Do Better

Rating Details: The property manager was adequately helpful. The vacation rental was very clean. I was very happy with the location. I was satisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: Pluses are the Sea Pines location and that everything looks good on the surface. Downhill after that. Two bedrooms missing dressers. No luggage rack nor hair dryer in sight. No chair in my bedroom; bed was so high off the ground that I had to sit on the toilet to put my shoes on. Lacks even a basic first aid kit for when my nephew fell off his bike. Leaves and random garbage on the front porch when we arrived; leaves everywhere on the back patio and in the pool (more than just a single day’s accumulation). A lot of sand in the hot tub (was it even cleaned?). If you enjoy the cheapest quality linens, this place is for you.

Thank you for your feedback. We’re glad you enjoyed the Sea Pines location and the overall appearance of the home. After receiving your review, we carefully reviewed our maintenance records and spoke with our team to confirm any communication during your stay. Based on our listing photos and description, the bedrooms are equipped with closets rather than dressers, and the living area is intentionally designed without window coverings to highlight the view. A first aid kit is also provided in the pantry for guest use. During your stay, the only concerns reported to us were regarding the spa and pool heater. Our vendor responded promptly the following day to resolve the issue. We did not receive any communication about the other items mentioned, and we always encourage guests to reach out during their stay so we can address concerns in real time. Regarding outdoor debris, this time of year does bring frequent high winds, which can lead to faster accumulation. While maintenance teams work regularly to keep areas clean, conditions can change quickly. We appreciate your input and will continue to review opportunities for improvement.

Great location in Sea Pines!!!

This is a perfect property for anyone wanting to experience Sea Pines. Less than a 5 minute drive to Harbour Town, Sea Pines Beach Resort, or Lawton Stables. The property is located on a private, very quiet street. Open floor plan is perfect for gathering in living spaces with family or friends, while still having private bedrooms and bathrooms for everyone in your party to retreat to at night.

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: The location is a short drive to the beach, shops, and restaurants. The owner is quick to respond and amenities are great. A bit of the bummer that the pool is an extra charge to be heated ($50 for set up and an additional 50 per day used). However, love the hot tub and the layout of the house is awesome. Lots of room and places to hang out. The only issue we had was that the beds were uncomfortable.

I will say, reading dozens of reviews a day, I have learned that beds and mattresses are such a personal preference, it's impossible to please everyone. Personally, I prefer a firm mattress but my husband likes to sleep on a cloud! I hope that doesn't deter you from coming back and renting with us again!

The house layout allows everyone in your party to have his/her own space, which was very important to us. The kitchen could use some more basic essentials, such as a non-stick pan and some better utensils. We did have issues with the pool heat and hot tub maintenance which were both addressed immediately by the property manager. Overall a great stay!
