Keyt's Key - Newly Renovated Private Pool Home w/ Hot Tub

If you are looking to get away from it all and leave stress and worries about behind for a few days or weeks, then you have found the perfect home for just that.

This newly renovated home offers 4 bedrooms, 3 bathrooms, a heated outdoor pool with hottub and water views. Perfectly situated between Anna Maria Island and I-75, you are never too far away from everything the area has to offer. With the car its only 25 minutes to the beautiful beaches of Anna Maria Island, or 15 minutes to I-75, which conveniently connects to Sarasota, Tampa, as well as Disney World and Universal Studios on Orlando.

The first floor is ideal for entertainment. Read your favorite books in the reading corner that has lots of natural light, spend time catching up on your favorite shows and movies in the living room with large smart TV that offers lots of comportable seating for everyone, and if you feel like preparing meals during your vacation, the kitchen with stainless steel appliances and large countertop island will have everything that you need.

All bedrooms are located on the second floor. The oversized master bedroom has a king size bed, large TV, access to balcony with water views and en-suite bathroom with both a walk-in shower as well as stand alone tub. A large walk-in closet makes organizing your belongings for longer stays a breeze. Three more guest bedrooms are available, two with queen beds, one with two single beds as bunk beds. Please note that the bedroom with bunkbeds is only accessible through the master bedroom. A hallway bathroom with shower tub combination is shared between the guest bedrooms. Another half bathroom is available just down the stairs.

The outdoor heated pool with hottub is probably where you will be spending most of your time. The covered outdoor space offers a dining table with TV, as well as propane BBQ, perfect for cooking some steaks or the catch-of the day. Get your Florida sun tan going on the comfortable sun loungers on the patio or shallow water shelf in the pool, or jump into the hot tub during the very few colder nights we have here in Florida.

IMPORTANT: Neither the home's elevator nor the boat lift are available to our guests. However fishing from the boat dock is possible. Please be aware the owner will very occasionally access the boat/lift for maintenance or day trips

We had a wonderful time at this beautiful home and it was just as described. It was incredibly clean, private, and all around perfect. The pool and hottub were the highlight and the location was perfect. I can’t think of one thing I’d change.

My family and I enjoyed our stay here. It was a beautiful and clean house. The only thing I wish it had was a net around the pool because of the mosquitos, other than that we loved it!

Perfect spot to relax

Our family of four just needed some time away to relax and unwind. This was the perfect spot! It was quiet. The pool, hot tub and outdoor area provided hours of quality time for us. The location was great too! Just a short drive from several excellent restaurants and beaches. We loved it!

Clean, beautiful and great location

Pictures don’t do this property justice! The location is close to everything we wanted to do, but not in the middle of the busy tourist areas. The house had everything we needed for our week stay and more. The house was clean, beautiful and the beds were incredibly comfortable.

Very nice rental, location was awesome. Would definitely stay again. Beds were very comfortable & the teens loved the pool. The gas grill was not connected properly and the oven needed a deep clean, but management was quick to respond.

Beautiful private property with water view, gorgeous backyard with pool/hot tub, spacious lovely home, perfect for larger group. About a 1/2 hour from Anna Maria Island. Just a few minutes from Riverwalk in Bradenton. We loved our stay our stay here. Highly recommend!

What a beautiful property! Check-in was seamless, and the welcome book provided made our stay effortless. The house is spacious and felt like home. I especially enjoyed the top balcony in the master bedroom, offering a lovely view of the pool and docks. The entire house was exceptionally clean and well-equipped with all necessary amenities. Stayed at this property for a family vacation which included a 6 year old and 2 year old. Home was beautiful and clean , pool was amazing . Beautiful view and layout. Overall the stay was good. All the issues we had were taken care of while we’re there. The last few nights we were there though were a little miserable because the air like quit working and wouldn’t go below 80 degrees so sleeping was difficult.

Beautiful home

We really enjoyed our stay. We were slightly surprised the 4th bedroom was only accessed through the master bedroom, however it didn’t really pose any issues. The home is well kept and just very comfortable. It was exactly what we were looking for in a vacation rental. We would 100% stay here again. Very convenient to shopping. We were able to visit multiple beaches as they were only a short drive away.

THIS HOUSE IS AMAZING 👏

I reserved the house for myself and several of my colleagues. The house provided a tranquil and ample space for everyone to reside comfortably. We particularly enjoyed the pool and hot tub, where we unwound with beverages and music. I highly recommend this accommodation and will gladly endorse it to others.

Great house

We had a wonderful vacation in a rented house with our family. The house was spacious, clean, and had all the amenities we needed to feel at home. We enjoyed the privacy and tranquility of the place, as well as the beautiful view from the terrace. The owner was very friendly and helpful, making sure our stay was as comfortable as possible. The location of the house was also perfect, close to the beach and several restaurants and shops. In summary, we had an amazing experience and would definitely rent this house again in the future. Highly recommended for a family vacation!

Palmetto

This house was absolutely perfect for our family. The master was connected to the kids room which worked perfectly to have our toddler in so we were close by and could hear him if he were to get up in the middle of the night. The house was absolutely beautiful and clean and the check in process was very easy. We had full control over the pool lighting which was fantastic and the furniture was very nice and comfortable, not your typical rental. Definitely looking forward to my next stay in Palmetto with them! Side note: Tenth Street Coffee just a min or two down the road has THE BEST coffee
