So glad the stay was a great one! It's wonderful to hear the space felt clean and roomy with everything needed on hand, that the bed was comfortable, and that the hot tub was a highlight. Thank you for sharing this feedback and for choosing to stay with us.

This is a cute hotel with great staff. They gave us a free little s'more pack that we could use around the fire and meet other people. I got to meet a family from across the ocean, so fun. The theme is adorable, too! The rooms are small, but so is the price, so it was reasonable.

The room was clean, the bed was comfortable, plenty of towels, kitchenette was well equipped and view was Absolutely beautiful especially at sunrise! The only thing I couldn’t grasp was the pots and pans as there is no stove to cook on and they were stored in a dresser drawer, just didn’t make sense to me. I liked that it is pet friendly. Had no issues checking in or out. You can walk everywhere. I will definitely stay again!!!

I’m glad you had a wonderful stay! As you mentioned, it is a kitchenette so there is no stove, but there is a hot plate for the pots and pans as indicated in the listing. These items are located in the storage drawers beneath the TV as shown in the listing, which does not have a dresser.

This was perfect for our 3 night stay to ride bikes on the trail. Everything was exactly as advertised and the check in process was seamless. It was great to be able to get a morning hot tub in, use computer and printer and find pizza and frozen yogurt just a few steps away.

Nice location & Very clean

Had two 19 year olds that slept on the pullout and it was very comfortable. That’s not always the case. Very clean and had everything we needed. Would stay there again if back in the area.

Great stay!

Our family loved this place. The hot tubs were fabulous and always empty of other people. Great location with restaurants around. The room itself is a little tight for 2 adults and 2 tweens but totally workable. Balcony is lovely and the kitchenette is well stocked. Beds are comfy. Really good stay for biking the Hiawatha!

Birthday fun!

I stayed at the condo one night for work purposes and then my husband and our twin granddaughters joined me to celebrate their 9th birthday. The condo was beautiful and comfortable. We enjoyed the hot tubs, the proximity to restaurants and shops and, of course, the water park! We’ll be back this summer and again during ski season!

It was comfortable. I feel that it wasn't very clean though. Dark hair in the bed linen, shower, and the drain plug in the tub had a ton of hair which grossed me out lol. I understand because I'm a shedder too but I do believe it could be cleaner. When doing a stay here I do think Waterpark entry should be included someway. Not knowing we wouldn't be able to get access to the Waterpark on Saturday kind of sucked because they weren't allowing us to buy entry because of capacity and our friends were there. We did however enjoy the rooftop hot tub! That was very nice. All in all I don't know if it was worth the VRBO vs. Just buying a package through silver mountain as I feel you get more amenities and access to things. Regardless we had fun and it was a nice place

From the owner: "We are so glad you enjoyed the rooftop hot tub and found the home comfortable! We appreciate you bringing the cleanliness concerns to our attention; we have discussed this with our cleaning team to ensure our high standards are consistently met. Regarding the waterpark, we do mention in our listing that passes are not included, as access is subject to resort capacity and availability. We appreciate your feedback and are happy to hear that you had a fun trip overall."

Les points forts : Services et équipements et infrastructures et conditions de l’hébergement
Les points faibles : Communication
The unit was exactly as described. It was perfect for the two of us. The bed was very comfortable and the linens were clean and cozy. Having access to hot tubs and the bike locker was exactly what we needed. We were happily surprised with a place to wash down your bike right next to the locker. Great dining options right at the resort as well. Kellogg is definitely worth exploring as well. A few things that were a bit of a problem with the unit was the bathtub/shower drain was clogged our entire stay, and not from us. Also, communication with the owner was non-existent. We emailed them (we’re not from USA so couldn’t call or text) to let them know about the clogged drain but never received a reply back. Visitors should also know that hallway noise can definitely be heard from inside the unit. None of the above would deter us from staying here again. We really loved our stay!
