This beautiful detached, light, bright and airy villa features a large unique rock swimming pool complete with a huge marble swim up cocktail table and a separate plunge pool.

The villa’s elegantly furnished living and dining room opens on to a spacious terrace via French doors, with various sitting and dining areas. There is also a large wooden decked area with comfortable sunloungers.

Sugar Hill is a private exclusive gated inland community, located on 50 acres overlooking the Caribbean Sea, and is a short drive away from the fabulous west coast beaches as well as the amenities of Holetown, which include international brand shopping, banks, vibrant nightlife and an excellent choice of restaurants. Guests staying at Paradise Found enjoy access to the Sugar Hill Clubhouse, restaurant, pool, fitness centre and tennis courts and membership at the exclusive Fairmont Beach Club.

The Space:
The four bedrooms are all air-conditioned, tastefully furnished and all have en-suite shower rooms.
There are two bedrooms located on the upper level of the villa, each with private balconies from where you can enjoy the distant sea views and sunsets.
The third bedroom is located on the ground floor and he fourth bedroom is located in the separate deatched cottage which also has a small kitchenette.
