The seasonal mountain views and summer shade create a serene atmosphere for your mountain getaway. Step onto the extra-large, covered deck and enjoy the fresh mountain air. Whether you`re sipping your morning coffee, doing yoga, hosting a barbecue, gathering around the gas firepit (firepit gas tanks added to reservation for additional fee), lounging in the hammocks or enjoying an outdoor movie, the deck is a perfect spot year around. The deck is equipped with IR heaters and fans, ensuring your comfort during cool winter nights and providing a refreshing breeze in the summer. Set the mood with dimmable lighting on the deck. Use the outdoor movie projector with Apple TV for a unique cinematic experience. Ready to unwind after a long day? Immerse yourself in the 7-person hot tub, providing the ultimate relaxation experience.

The cabin spans across 3 levels with a bedroom and bathroom on each floor, offering privacy, convenience and a sense of space and separation. Each of the 3 bedrooms has a unique rustic theme. The upstairs “Mountain Bliss” suite has a king-sized Aspen log bed with a private bathroom. The main level “Hickory Hideaway” has a built in hickory vanity or desk and a king-sized bed. The lower level “Bears Den” has a queen-sized Pine log bed and attached office.

The great room provides a warm and inviting gathering space, perfect for unwinding after a day of adventure. There is a gas fireplace for those chilly mountain nights and leather reclining couches to kick your feet up on.

For entertainment, head to the lower-level game room where you`ll find a foosball table and various games to keep everyone entertained.

Enjoy mountain life as you explore the walking trail on the property, immersing yourself in the beauty of nature. Active guests will love the outdoor gym on the lower level deck with a spin bike, rowing machine, TRX, small weight bench, small hand weights and heavy bag. Outdoor enthusiasts will enjoy exploring the nearby hiking trails, cycling, fishing spots, and scenic drives.

Sec 48-04, owners cannot allow amplified sound from their tenants that disturbs or causes a nuisance to neighboring properties. While tenants can be fined under the Union County Amplified Sound Ordinance, property owners are responsible for amplified sound that causes a nuisance to neighboring properties under this ordinance. *
