Sec 48-04, owners cannot allow amplified sound from their tenants that disturbs or causes a nuisance to neighboring properties. While tenants can be fined under the Union County Amplified Sound Ordinance, property owners are responsible for amplified sound that causes a nuisance to neighboring properties under this ordinance. *

If the vacation property is not fenced, permitted pets must be kept on a leash and always accompanied by the pet owner while outside
