Unit 12 is a 3rd floor walk up apartment, located 300m walk from the
beautiful sands of Kings Beach.
The apartment is a perfect family friendly retreat and includes
exclusive use of the rooftop, which has stunning views, furnished with
outdoor seating, sun lounge, dining and BBQ facilities. The outdoor
seating has comfortable cushions in the storage box under the rooftop
awning. The dining table setting can accommodate 4-6 people. The
gas BBQ is a small 'weber' style, with a spare gas bottle available in
the garage. Take in the refreshing sea breezes while you watch the
sun setting across Caloundra and Pumicestone Passage.
The unit includes its own lock up garage, which will accommodate
larger cars. There is a beach trolley, umbrella, cabana, chairs, mat
and beach toys. Also a child's stroller and booster seat are stored in
the garage. The bicycle and helmet is also available to use.
It would be appreciated if all items used during your stay are returned
to their storage areas, clean and dry before your departure.
The main bedroom features a queen bed, supplied with 4 pillows,
mattress protectors and doona. It has direct access to the 2-way
bathroom. There is ample built-in wardrobe storage available and
additional blankets if necessary.
The second bedroom features two single beds supplied with 2 pillows,
mattress protectors and doona. There is ample built-in wardrobe
storage available and additional blankets if necessary. Both bedrooms
have ceiling fans.
The 2-way bathroom is equipped with a shower over the bath and
laundry has a washing machine and dryer. There is a small folding
clothes airer next to the washing machine that can be used in the unit
or on the balcony and also a clothes line on the rooftop.
Other features include SmartTV, soundbar, Wi-Fi, dishwasher, air-
conditioning and ceiling fans throughout. There are a variety of
games, books and puzzles suitable for children through to adults.
The Kings Cove complex has a shady pool area and shared BBQ.
There are 2 visitor parking bays at the front of the complex and also
ample free parking available on the street and in the parklands across
the street.
Close by you will also find a great selection of parks, shared BBQ
areas, childrens playground, an interactive water feature, coffee
shops, corner store, cafes, as well as the Kings Beach Surf Club, are
all within a 3 - 5 minute walk of the unit.
Children must be accompanied at all times on the unit balcony,
rooftop and complex pool area.
***Please note that linen is not provided in this property. You will
need to bring your sheets and pillow cases, towels, hand-towels,
bath mats, face washers and tea towels. Alternately if you would
like to hire the linen, we can arrange this for you. The cost for linen
hire for all beds in this property would be $99 p.w., or $51 p.w. for
just the main bed (subject to an annual price review by the linen
hire company).
