Villa Kir is nestled in a tropical garden on the hill of Saint Jean giving it a large sea view on the Ocean.



The living areas are air conditioned and are also equipped with ceiling fans. Sonos sound system is available all around the house.

The terrace opens on a large heated swimming pool and a spa.

Villa Kir Royal is surrounded by a beautiful landscaped flower garden which gives peace and privacy with also the wood fence all-round the property.

All four ensuite bedrooms are located on the same level. The first two are on the main house side with their private terraces. The other two are surrounded by the tropical garden. All of them have an ocean view, and are equipped with A/C, TV and mosquito nets on the bay windows.

The villa also possess a private parking lot, for 4 little cars or 3 big and a wood fence all-round the property and the two gates.

Less than 5 minutes easy walk from the St Jean beach, the Nikki Beach, the Eden Rock, the St Jean shops, supermarket and two minutes access to the walk around the lake, Villa Kir Royal is perfect for a relaxing stay with family.
