THE HOME
Upon entering the home, you’ll see the owners spared no expense, designing the home with tons of natural lighting, chic decor, and high quality finishes throughout. The front door opens up to the spacious living room and dining area. There’s a bar counter to the left of the entryway with a wine fridge and mini fridge for all your drinks.

The living room is homey and incredibly comfortable. The sectional couch can seat 8 and there’s a Smart TV to watch movies or sports at your pleasure. Turn on the fireplace when the sun goes down for warm ambiance and a cozy night!

The kitchen is outfitted with stainless steel appliances, quartz countertops, and essentials ready for you on arrival. With multiple ovens and large flame burners it’s the perfect place to stay in and have a family dinner! Plus the island countertop and built-in espresso machine make it the perfect place to start your day.

This home includes five bedrooms and sleeps a total of 16 people including the twin and trundle beds:
Master Bedroom: One king and two day beds
Bedroom 2: One king bed
Bedroom 3: One king bed
Bedroom 4: One king bed, one day bed
Bedroom 5 : Two sets of twin bunk beds

PLEASE NOTE
To enjoy a heated pool, there's a daily fee of $132 for pool heating.
A 3-day advance notice is needed to turn it on and there is a minimum of 3 days of heat.

If the property has a pool fence, it must remain in place for safety and to comply with state regulations.
For reservations extending beyond 30 days, a mid-stay cleaning will be charged to the guest.

We are kid friendly! There is a safety fence around the pool.

We are dog friendly too! While we allow dogs at this property, we charge a Pet Cleaning Fee. This fee varies depending on the dog's breed and size. Please provide the size of your dog (e.g. under 50lbs) and the breed and we'll get back to you from there!

This is a quiet neighborhood just off Scottsdale Road and the location is nearby tons of attractions! Minutes to the 101 Freeway, which will take you to anywhere in the Valley in 10-15 minutes. Take a look at the golf, hiking, and shopping areas close by!

Getting Around:
The Phoenix Sky Harbor Airport is a 20-minute drive. Car rentals are highly recommended as scenic spots around the Valley are all spread out. There are also many taxi and rideshare options including Uber, Lyft and Waymo.
