Bathroom: Ensuite featuring a shower, toilet, vanity & comes with a hairdryer
Laundry: Washer & dryer
Heating / Cooling: Air-conditioning in loungeroom
Outdoors: Front yard & backyard, the front yard features a bbq with both spaces also having seating areas on the patios
Parking: Secure parking for 2 cars in the double garage, off street parking also available at the front of the property

Linen: This property comes fully equipped with all linen including bed linens, towels & beach towels

Pets: No pets allowed at this property

Wifi:
Interlude Apartment does supply free Wi-Fi for your stay however we cannot guarantee the reliability of the network.

Security Deposit
A refundable $500 security bond is required for all bookings. This will be processed on your arrival day, or 24–48 hours prior if you're arriving on a public holiday. (Note – this does not apply for Airbnb bookings)

Check in / Check out information
• Check-In: From 2:00 PM, or 3:00 PM during peak periods (school holidays, Christmas, Easter, and public holidays)
• Check-Out: strictly 10:00 AM during peak periods
If you're arriving outside of the peak times, early check-in may be possible—contact us at least 24 hours in advance and we'll do our best to accommodate you

By proceeding with your booking, you agree to the following house rules:
• No parties – this home is not a party home, it is intended for quiet, family-friendly stays.
• Please keep noise to a respectful level at all times
• No smoking, vaping, or use of e-cigarettes anywhere on the property – indoors or outdoors.
• No Fireworks, firearms, or any explosives will be tolerated
• No Motorbike riding on the property
• No Driving or parking on lawns or garden areas

Please note: Failure to follow these rules can result in early termination of your stay without a refund, and your security bond will be forfeited.
Additional cleaning fees may also apply if the property is not left clean and tidy.
