It was great we took are annual fishing trip and cottage was perfect. Clean near the beach and had everything we needed for a great stay. This is the second time I rented this property and there will definitely be a third a fourth and a 5 th.

My family came for a stay off-season during the holidays. It was in a great central location and we loved waking up to views of the water and walks in the quiet neighborhood near the beach. The house and bedrooms were comfortable- we appreciated having a 2nd bathroom. The kitchen amenities were basic compared to what we’ve experienced in other rentals.

We had a great time while visiting CT for a wedding. We were able to check in early which was extremely helpful, as our flight was an early one. House was clean and very cozy. We had everything we needed and had plenty of space. Everyone raved about the water pressure in the shower!! Extras were provided (some snacks, waters, etc) which was a nice touch! Location was right on the water. Had a great time and would definitely return!

The kitchen had only 3 chairs. Patio and patio furniture were great. Living room furniture was comfortable but could use a little cleaning/refreshing. Parking was good. House was comfortable. Recommend grab bars in the shower, some luggage racks and a few hangers.

This is a lovely small 3 BR home. Excellent location, very walkable area. Very clean. Indoor Dining seating for only 3. More outdoor seating on a private deck area. The mattresses were not comfortable. With comfortable mattresses this place would have been amazing.

Location, the best!

I love the house, the beach was right there. I loved everything about it. I have a knee problem, so it was nice, there was no steps. The view was beautiful. There isnt anything better than looking out the window at the water . Beautiful area and safe.. contact host Wendy was a pleasure to deal with everything went smooth. We very much enjoyed our vacation!
