The issues you reported — the king mattress, lack of a broom, the vacuum performance, intermittent elevator outages, and the WiFi problems — are all unacceptable. We’ve passed each item to our maintenance and housekeeping teams and will follow up with the property management and service providers to address repairs, replacements, and restocking.
