》All stays more than 28 nights must have a mid-stay cleaning service at an additional cost. This allows for our team to periodically clean, maintain, and inspect the property. This is non-negotiable.

》Window cleaning is the Owner's Corporation responsibility. They manage these services according to a set schedule. Unfortunately, we have no control over the state of the external windows at all and apologise in advance if you happen to book at a time where they are in a state that requires cleaning.

Please be advised that we allow 3rd party bookings. However, guests booking for another guest will be liable by default in accordance with our House Rules. You will be liable including financially, for any issues, damages or missing items incurred during the 3rd-party reservation.

LOSS/REMOVAL OF ACCESS CONTROL

Please take extra care of your keys! Lost keys, fobs, and/or remotes are subject to a $380 replacement charge. This includes purposefully failing to return these items and is classified as theft.
