Top of the Prom cottage offers Wilsons Promontory Accommodation and is the closest accommodation to Wilsons Promontory National Park. It is a 20 Acre property called Prom View Farm in a peaceful and private setting with horses and cattle to be admired, 500 meters from the entrance to the Prom.

The views and sunrises from the cottage look over Corner Inlet and are breathtaking!

The cottage is a fully self-contained modern 2 bedroom cottage for relaxing holidays.

The cottage at Prom View farm contains a queen size bed in the main bedroom and queen size and bunk beds in the second bedroom. Sleeps up to 6 people. BYO linen and towels or hire available for $10 per sheet & $3 per towel

*doonas/cover and pillows/pillow cases are suppled.

Peaceful and relaxing

This property is really lovely. The photos and description are very accurate and Diane is very responsive and easy to deal with. The moment you step into the cottage you feel relaxed and at home. The view across farmland with friendly horses and cows extends to the sea and mountains of The Prom. Sitting on the deck with a glass of wine or cup of tea and that vista is just lovely.

Top of the Prom is aptly named

Great position and plenty of room for our extended family, we all slept well including 3yo and 1yo who slept through the night after a day on the beach at Tidal river. Breakfast was fun all helping out - to prepare Hotcakes and Eggs/Bacon in a well appointed and quite spaceous kitchen....the grandkids loved the cows and horses in full view from bedroom and living area....highly recommend Top of the Prom....great value and will be definitely be revisiting ASAP

Great alternative accommodation to Tidal river campground

Lovely views over Corner Inlet and Wilsons Prom. Fantastic close location to Wilson Prom NP. Very comfortable and reasonably priced accommodation ideal for families.

Little gem.

A wonderful, quiet, clean place to stay, with fantastic scenery from the bedroom (and living room) windows. Host very easy to get on with. From here the many walks in Wilson's Prom are very easily accessible. Thanks.

3 Little Maids From School

We were 3 girls who went to school together over 50 years ago catching up on old memories and making new ones. We had a terrific stay at Top of the Prom. The cottage is lovely and there is so much to do in the area. A ‘must do’ is the Prom cruise in the amphibious boat - absolutely brilliant. Diane is a great host and offers a home-away-from-home base for Prom activities. Book - you won’t be disappointed.

Cozy stay

We really enjoyed our stay at the cottage it had a very nice view of the farm lots of cutlaries and amenities in the kitchen the bed and everything else were all comfortable. The place is just at the footsteps of the Wilson Promontory entrance, 30 mins drive to Tidal River. My daughter loved the animals they come out every morning for feeding. The host was also very supportive and very nice. There is however no Wifi, which was a slight disappointment.

Beautiful cottage

This property is a hidden gem just minutes away from the prom … it was a memorable experience spending the Aus Day weekend there with family. My daughter loved seeing farm animals especially horses …. The view was just great!! Highly recommend …

A hidden gem on the doorstep of the Prom

This place is an absolute treasure. With sweeping views of farmland and the corner inlet on the horizon, it is a beautiful and quiet little house. It is only a few hundred meters away from the entry to the prom which makes for easy drives to tidal beach and the various stops along the way. At night, the sky is so full of stars that you can see the milky way - which is such a treat when you’re used to living in the suburbs of Melbourne. The house was lovely and clean, the beds were comfy, the kitchen well equipped. My family would love to return at the next opportunity we get- thank you Diane and Len for the wonderful stay.

Stunning location at Yanakie

The location is stunning. The cabin could do with some more basic items like tea,sugar, soap in the showers etc.The shower room and plastic plants are a little dated and tired. Lovely owner and spot. Still worth the stay.
