The Busselton CBD and the world-famous jetty and jetty district are just 1km from your doorstep and can be walked or cycled to via the beachfront pathway.
Perfect for two families or friends looking to escape to the beautiful south west! Close to the boat ramp, breweries, skate park, tennis club, cafes and shops and conveniently located within easy driving distance to all the wonderful experiences this region has to offer.
Eye catching open plan concept incorporating the main living space, dining area and kitchen with plenty of north and east facing windows flooding the space with natural light. The whole home boasts high ceilings, creating that extra sense of space.

All remaining bedrooms are generous in size with built-in robes The bedrooms at the front of the home have their own central activity/lounge area with an additional room set aside as a kids zone complete with baby porta cot as well as a full second bathroom with a shower, bathtub and a separate toilet
Perfectly positioned laundry off the kitchen has loads of storage options, more bench space and direct access to the outside drying area - the 3rd toilet is conveniently located near the laundry
The main living area allows direct access outside to the water featured alfresco’s BBQ entertainment area where you can enjoy a game of table tennis or darts.
A north facing outdoor second storey observation deck at the rear of the property offers glimpses of the ocean and the Busselton Jetty - a perfect spot for morning Yoga, enjoy a cuppa or sun downers or even a spot of stargazing on those heavenly nights.

No noise must be heard from the property after these hours.
-Noise level must be kept at an acceptable level at all times, the neighbours
should not be able to hear music or "rowdy" behaviour coming from the
house.
-No extra guests/people are permitted at the property due to local licensing requirements. This includes children. Maximum of 9 people allowed.
-Maximum of 4 cars allowed to be parked at the property.
PETS
Pets are only permitted at pet-friendly properties with the prior consent of the Manager( small NON SHEDDING dogs only). Medium-Large breeds are not allowed at the property. The following must be adhered to:
No cats, rabbits or birds allowed.
Dogs must be a minimum of 2 years old, no puppies accepted.
Pets are to be kept under control at all times. Pets must not be left unsupervised or alone at the property at any time. If going out, it is required by local shire legislation that you take dogs with you, so they don't bark when alone in an unknown environment. Property neighbours may call the property manager and local ranger if the dog is barking.
The guest is responsible for any damage caused by pets, inside or outside of the property. If extra cleaning is required this will be charge to the guest.
Pets are not permitted to bedrooms or on the furniture at any time. Charges will apply for cleaning of furniture/bedding/carpets where applicable.
Guests agree to bring their own pet bedding, food bowls and other pet items to the property as, unless specified these items will not be available at the property.
