Welcome to SANDY BOTTOMS! This first tier home is located in the community of Casa del Mar within the St. George Island Plantation. Boasting six bedrooms, six and half bathrooms, private pool and beach access located directly across the street. Sleeping 21 this home is perfect for your large family! The exterior of this home offers under-house parking, covered entry, screened-in private pool with plenty of seating, a screened outdoor dining area with seating, dining table, and refrigerator, as well as an enclosed outdoor shower and neighboring fish cleaning station. The second floor includes the common areas of the home. With an open floor plan your family can enjoy time together in the kitchen, dining area, and living area. The kitchen is well stocked with anything you might need, appointed with granite countertops, stainless appliances, breakfast bar that seats four, two dishwashers, two refrigerators and a wine refrigerator. The large dining table seats twelve with the breakfast table seating an additional six. The living area features three sofas and a large smart TV. Also on this floor is the game room with a ping pong table and foosball table.
This home offers a full-size arcade game with 412 games, a GameCube console, DVD and Blu-ray players. Additional highlights include a washer/dryer, highchair, and two Pack-N-Plays.
