Lovely Family Home

Rating Details: The property manager was very helpful. The vacation rental was spotless. I was very happy with the location. I was more than satisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: A family of 8 with 2 young children, a teenager, grandma and 4 adults, fit perfectly in this lovely home. The Management Company were superb. I had several requests prior to arrival, particularly that of the heated pool being warm on our arrival, and it certainly was. We arrived late in the evening and was greeted with warm lighting within the home.The Resort is quiet and well maintained. We did not have time to utilise the resort facilites.There were a couple of points with the villa, but these were addressed immediately from the Management Company. The beds were all very comfortable! The villa clean and tidy. The games room although a little tired, was a source of entertainment for the children. The location was perfect! Close to the parks and restaurants.It could do with a 3rd ensuite but other than that, would recommend.

Fantastic Vacation

It was so great of time .. Family of 5 adults, 6 Kids, house was great for our size.. Pool looked so small, but it was just right!! Get the pool heat it was so nice to go into a warm pool at the end of our day!! The only negative was the kitchen ..it had few things. Not enough forks and spoons for a 7 bedroom. no spatula, we had to use the BBQ flipper for eggs. Do what you can right? We bought plastic spoons and forks..we bought garbage bags that tied, they give you bags but no ties, but insist that you tie bags..We didn't have enough towels we were continuing washing them, between showers and pool for 11 people that a lot of towels we needed. When we arrived the house wasn't ready, no beds made, upstairs was a mess.. the poor housekeeper was very nervous that she wasn't done ,, We just told her to take her time, and we went to get groceries first, she was finished when we got back.. All in all it was a wonderful house, it had a great location, not far from Disney. The gated community was friendly place and very nicely kept...Loved the guy at the gate, made us laugh, was great to greet us!! I would go back, kids loved it there.. Walmart wasn't too far which was great,, Enjoy you trip we sure did.

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: It was a great spot, centrally located and easy to access. Everything worked well. The only draw back or downside was a serious lack of bath towels. That would have been a nice thing to let guests know about. There were only about 10 towels, there should have been a lot more, but otherwise everything was great.

Mostly Satisfied

The home was beautiful but our check-in was back to back with another family moving out so the cleaning crew was still cleaning during the time that we should have moved in. The property manager was very timely in accommodating us and provided free pool heat for the week. We would lease this property again but suggest that the owner have some dish towels and cloths for the kitchen, season rack for cooking (we left our seasoning so maybe start with ours) for the families. Also just a detailed cleaning of the floors between families. We would suggest this so families don’t need to purchase everything to use the property.
