Step into the welcoming embrace of this charming, sunlit cottage with a northern orientation, situated just a short, level stroll away from the delightful village of Robertson in the Southern Highlands. If you are lucky to be there in Spring you may get to see our prized Waratah tree in full flower, it is quite spectacular.
Whether you're seeking relaxation, gastronomic adventures, or a taste of local hospitality, this stylish cottage provides it all!
We are a company that does a lot of travelling so our best means of contact would be either through the app or please email us and my Team will respond as soon as possible!
Should you be inspired to recreate your favourite recipes from the esteemed Moonacre Cooking School, conveniently situated in the nearby laneway behind the house, this kitchen stands ready.
Alternatively, a brief journey to the Robertson Public House, just minutes away, offers the option of savouring a timeless pub-style meal. And if you're looking to stock up on provisions, the village's splendid array of shops awaits your exploration.
Upon entering, you'll be greeted by a living room adorned with fresh oak flooring and an artful blend of vintage and contemporary discoveries. In two out of the three bedrooms, you'll also discover smart TVsâthree in total. This means that if you're inclined to catch up on your cherished TV series, you can do so from the luxurious comfort of your bed/couch, complete with an electric blanket for added warmth.
The recently upgraded kitchen, boasting elegant Carrara marble countertops, handles from Lo & Co interiors is fully equipped to cater to your culinary needs. It features a complete refrigerator, a convenient dishwasher, a microwave for quick heating, and an induction cooktop for efficient cooking.

* Check-in: After 3:00 pm
* Checkout: 10:00 am
* No smoking
* No parties or events
*No pets allowed
ADDITIONAL RULES
*As per the Short Term Legislation Act 2020 NSW, all guests are required to obey these rules. For extra guests/day visitors, we must be informed for liability purposes.
*In compliance with applicable legislation, we are required to enter a Short Term Rental Agreement with Guests upon booking. We are also transitioning from collecting a Security Deposit and will now be using a Pre-Authority form to hold as a form of security for your stay.
*This strictly is a no-party property. We do not allow parties/events of any sort. The maximum amount of guests allowed to sleep in this property is FIVE people, however, we do allow day visitors of up to THREE people. No more than a maximum of EIGHT people are allowed in the property at any given time.
*Only the guests staying at the property are permitted to be present. If you wish to have visitors in addition to booked guests, you must advise us in writing prior to your stay and ensure you receive written permission.
*This home is a strictly no-smoking property. If any of our cleaners find any form of cigarette ash, butts or smell cigarettes in the apartment, we could issue a $500 fine.
*This is a domestic residence and we love our neighbours. We do not allow loitering or loud noise outside of the premises or inside of the premises. We ask for minimal noise especially after 9 pm.
*STRA Rules - By booking this home you automatically agree to all the STRA terms and conditions that are applicable to guests. You also agree that if you do break any of the house rules you will be asked to leave and no refund of the unused nightly rates will be returned.
*Check-in/Check-out - We cannot stress enough the importance of checking out on time. Our regular check-in time is after 3 pm and check-out time is before to 10 am. If you wish to have an earlier check-in or later check-out, please reach out to us first. Please note, there may be a charge.
*Changing of Dates Terms & Conditions
- Requests to change booking dates may only be accommodated if check-in is more than 1 month away.
- This is subject to approval and we reserve the right to decline any requests.
- Please note that there may be a surcharge to change the dates.
- Any changes to bookings are subject to approval and we ask all guests to reach out to us first.
