This contemporary studio apartment is ideal for a primely-positioned city stays for couples. Float from the open-plan dining and living area through the open sliding glass doors onto a breezy balcony with views of Darwin CBD.
Plus, take advantage of the building’s facilities during your stay which includes an outdoor pool, undercover parking and a gym.
Showcasing comfortable and contemporary living, this one bedroom, one bathroom studio features a combination of light-washed timber furniture and sleek fittings; as well as large sliding glass doors that let in swathes of light. Step from the naturally-lit living room onto a furnished outdoor balcony with views over the CBD.
A fully-equipped kitchenette lines the wall and features a full-sized fridge, microwave, dishwasher, stove and basic cooking essentials. Staying in? Dine al fresco on the balcony or relax on the couch.
The well-lit studio also features a plush king bed, air conditioning and built-in robes; while the sleek, tiled bathroom showcases a large vanity, rain shower and complimentary toiletries. Added luxuries include a washing machine and dryer, high-speed Wi-Fi and a TV; as well as a fully-equipped gym and free undercover parking located on the property.
The best feature, however, lies on level 6. The spectacular outdoor pool is the ideal place to lounge around, soak up the rays on warm summer days and truly relax.
Due to local regulations, we can happily host you for up to 90 nights. Any bookings that exceed this duration will be cancelled by Vrbo.
If your stay is over 14 days, a mid-stay clean will be scheduled every fortnight until your check-out date. Please note that a mid-stay cleaning fee of $105 will be charged.
