This light and airy, street-level condo is located in Eaton Village. You will feel welcome as you enter the unit to find a well-equipped kitchen, a dining area with seating for 6, and a comfortably furnished living room with TV and A/C. The primary bedroom offers a queen bed, A/C and a private full bath. There is a full bathroom located in the hallway which also leads to the second bedroom with 2 Twin sized beds. Sliding glass doors off the living room lead you to the patio with outdoor seating and a gas grill. Additional amenities include washer/dryer and WIFI Internet access.

The property does not have any carpet, the kitchen and bathrooms are updated. The property has been completely renovated, beds and furniture are brand new. The property has Nautical décor, most tastefully decorated, but by no means over decorated.

There are many wonderful things to do in Brewster, enjoy Cape Cod Bay with the famous Brewster Flats, the Cape Cod Rail Trail, and countless miles for biking and walking. Bike rentals are available in Brewster.
Our Brewster beaches are amazing. The Brewster Flats were recognized by Travel and Leisure in the America's Most Beautiful Coastal Views category and ranked in the top three, at low tide you will be able to take long walks, catch hermit crabs, collect scallop shells and simply marvel at the beauty of rippled sand, tidal pools and the beauty of Cape Cod Bay. You will also witness the most incredible sunsets imaginable.

The Brewster bayside beaches have very gentle surf, fun for paddle boarding, kayaking, swimming and playing in the waves. The sand is very fine and comfortable to walk on. Cape Cod Bay has warmer water temperatures than the Atlantic Ocean, also the beach does not drop off, like the Ocean side beaches, therefore the beaches are wonderful for children and adults alike.

Make sure to visit Nickerson State Park with hiking trails and two kettle ponds with kayak and paddle board rentals.

Public golf is also available at the Captains Golf Course, a 36-hole Public course in Brewster. Take in a baseball game by the renowned Cape Cod Summer league.

CANCELLATIONS, CHANGES & REFUNDS
In the event of cancellation, a refund minus a service fee of 25% of the total rent rate will be made if and ONLY if rental property is re-rented. The $205 booking & damage protection fee is non-refundable. If rental property is not re-rented, cancellation will result in the forfeiture of the total rental amount paid. All notices of cancellation must be in writing.

Guests may purchase Sponsored Guest Pool Passes, which include access to Arbor and Fletcher Pools, the Fletcher Cardio Center, and scheduled children's activities throughout the Villages.
Tennis and pickleball courts are also available for use. (additional fee may apply)

Pool passes are NOT included in your stay and must be purchased separately. The Ocean Edge Resort Golf Club manages the distribution, fees, and operations of all amenities, which are subject to change without notice.
