Welcome to your perfect seaside getaway in Harwich Port: Tidal Fix Cottage. This charming vacation rental offers breathtaking ocean views and is just a short 150-foot stroll away from the beach. Harwich Port Village is just .3 miles away, making walking to dinner and shopping a breeze. With 4 bedrooms this home comfortably accommodates up to 6 people. A true taste of the bygone era of old Cape Cod mixed with modern comforts.
As you pull up to the home, you will note the full sized front porch with seating to enjoy the view. A perfectly appointed side yard features an outdoor shower, dining table and room for some games. Inside, the main floor has the dining area, a comfortable living room with cable TV, the kitchen with upgraded appliances, fully renovated bathroom with glass shower, and washer/dryer. The second floor features the 4 bedrooms which feature 2 queen beds, 1 full bed and 1 single bed.
In addition to the beach, this home is conveniently located near various attractions and activities. Explore the charming town of Harwich Port, known for its quaint shops, delicious seafood restaurants, and rich maritime history. Embark on a fishing excursion, go kayaking in the tranquil waters, or hop on a bike and discover the scenic trails. OR
 if you want
 do nothing. Listen to the waves, swim in the warm Nantucket Sound waters and watch the light fade over the water as dinner cooks on the grill. Check out more about the home on Instagram! @tidalfix.
Saturday to Saturday rentals, seven night minimum during peak season. 3 night minimums during the shoulder and off seasons! Applicable taxes and fees apply. 2 ductless AC units on the main floor, central AC on the second floor. All linens and towels are provided. Parking for 2 cars in the driveway only. No street parking in area. All Robert Paul Vacation Rental bookings include a non-refundable $250 fee that includes administrative fee and damage waiver insurance for self-reported incidental damage up to $1,000.00.

Relaxing, beautiful and in a great location

We had a lovely stay at this house. The place was well set up in the kitchen, plenty of space for the five of us and across the road from the beach! The beach is beautiful white sand and not on the outer cape where all the sharks are. It was perfect for our family. We also enjoyed being able to walk to the gorgeous town and enjoy the great restaurants and stores there. Thanks for having us!

Adorable property with an wonderful view!

The house is very cutely decorated and updated. It's steps away from the beach and has a beautiful view of the water (and a front porch in which to enjoy it)! The house is clean and well stocked.There is only one bathroom downstairs, which was a little bit of a challenge and construction going on next door (but stopped in the evening and weekend). Loved it and would stay there again!

The home is cute and cozy, the kitchen is stocked with anything and everything you would need. Beach bag, cooler, chairs and umbrella are a nice touch. The beach is just a few steps away from the front door. Main Street is a short walk away with amazing food and shops. You will not be disappointed in this rental, we will definitely book again!

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: Perfect location - 30 second walk to a very nice beach, 10min walk from downtown. The place is well maintained and very clean. The front porch view is fabulous and the side area for grilling/outdoor eating is nice. Having laundry and A/C are both good touches. It's a nice and quiet neighborhood with friendly people around. The rental agent was also very helpful and accommodating. Only comment is the stairs leading upstairs to the bedrooms are very steep/treacherous (which is common in Cape Cod), so be mindful of this if you have toddlers or older guests who may have trouble getting up and down safely.

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: This is a really wonderful rental. Very clean with nice, comfortable beds. Someone put a lot of thought into setting the home up for renters. We like to cook and it had everything we needed for that - pots and pans, xvoo, an excellent assortment of spices, etc. Beverage fridge was a really nice touch as were some electrical outlet adapters that allowed us to reach behind furniture and plug things in without being contortionists. Full ice bin upon arrival was also appreciated! And a real coffee maker, not just a Keurig (but that too). Steps to the beach and a ten minute walk into the adorable, lively (but not overly lively) town of Harwich Port really can't be beat. The little family beach was clean and comfortable and not overwhelmingly crowded even in mid-July. It is important to note if you are considering this rental that this is a small home with a very steep, narrow staircase leading to the upstairs, which is where all of the bedrooms are located.
