This delightful 3-bedroom residence is situated on a corner lot, featuring a luxurious king bed, a queen bed, and a comfortable futon. Adding to its allure is a rejuvenating hot tub accommodating 4-5 individuals, perfect for unwinding. Additionally, the proximity of Sheridan Beach, a mere 5-minute walk from this charming retreat, further enhances its appeal.

Access instructions will be provided 2 days prior to your arrival.
Prior to your stay, we require you to complete a pre-arrival form and sign and agree to our rental conditions.

‱ Single-Level Living: The entire home is on one level.
‱ Bedroom 1: King bed.
‱ Bedroom 2: Queen bed.
‱ Bedroom 3: Futon.
‱ Kitchen: Equipped with all appliances, microwave, coffee maker, and basic spices/oil.
‱ Bathroom: Tub/shower combo.



Uber and Lyft are available in the area.

‱ Coffee: We provide 8-10 Keurig coffee pods and regular coffee grounds for the regular coffee maker.

Great beach house for family vacation

We stayed for a long weekend (2 adults - 3 children ages 13, 11, and 4). It was so close to the beach and had many amenities that made the stay wonderful.

Great Property!

Great location, easy 5 walk to the beach! Easy drive to restaurants and casino. Comfortable king size bed, very clean, and very responsive host. We will definitely be back! Thank you!

This is a very nice place, a short walk to an excellent beach. We had a good time here. There were issues with ants in the kitchen and some leaking pipes. The host was very responsive and apologetic.

Indiana Dunes Trip

Spent the weekend up near Indiana Dunes. The house was ideal, in a cute town and close to the dunes. Would definitely stay there again if I made another trip.

It was lovely, the host was easy to work with, the property clean and everything was in working order. Truly wa wonderful place to unwind..only wish was a place to put up a hammock but that was never advertised 😉

We really enjoyed our stay. Hosts were very prompt and helpful when we had questions. The house was clean and comfortable. Walking distance to the beach was so nice!!! We loved the hot tub!!

Nice location

The house was clean and in good condition. If needed we would stay here again. The location was great and we ended up walking to most of our activities. There was also plenty of room for all 6 of us. The address on the listing shows 212 but it is actually 218. Which isn’t far off but did lead to some confusion when locating the house. Also some communications with the owner were a little confusing. After calling I found out the answers I was receiving were AI generated. Wish I was informed of that at the beginning. It wouldn’t have been as stressful if I had known that when it was sending wrong information.

Beach Getaway

Cute house and five minute walk to beach and park. The neighborhood deer a delightful morning greeting. Host was wonderful and made it easy to check in. My friend and I loved the area and our first experience with Indiana Dunes. Quiet neighborhood.

Great Getaway

Had a great stay at flip flop stop. Very cute and comfortable cottage that's a quick walk to the beach a short drive to breweries and wineries. The property manager is great with communication and very responsive. Very peaceful setting. Will definitely stay at this property again.

My wife and my dog and I all wanted some serenity from Chicago. It was a great place with all the amenities you’d need and a nice hot tub! Close to the beach and New Buffalo/Michigan city at a great price.

Great Getaway

This was a super fun little get away for the hubs and I. Being February not a lot is open but we did get to go to the beach. All the restaurants we tried were yummy. And the Outlets were also fun! We had little issue with the hottub and these amazing hosts took the time to drive and fix the issue!! Thanks for a relaxing stay!!

Great get-away!

We really enjoyed this property, with consideration for both the interior coziness of the home and the outdoor location (close to the beach). With two generations, we appreciated the two TV's in separate rooms. We used the fire pit (made s'mores) and the hot tub (extensively). To sit on the front porch and view a wooded area was wonderful. We cooked and ate in for every meal, except one. It's proximity to the beach was a plus, as we spent a lot of time on the beach! All four of us agreed it was a great mini-vacation!
