Coastal Gypsy is a cozy three bedroom and 2 full bathroom vacation villa situated in the highly desirable southwest Cape Coral. Centrally located with direct Gulf Access and in walking distance to restaurants and shopping. If you enjoy tranquility but being in the center of great amenities, you have come to the right place.
This location offers a quick drive to all central locations in Cape Coral. It is about 15 minutes to Matlacha, thirty minutes to Fort Myers Beach and about forty-five minutes to Florida International Airport.
Guests can enjoy all that SW Florida has to offer from the convenience of an immaculate, well designed and very open vacation home.
Coastal Gypsy features unique décor costal decor: the three bedrooms are fitting for an extended family with two king size beds and two twin beds.
The Villa can fit up to 6 guests very comfortably in this relaxing set up.
For your convenience, all linens for your stay are included and long-term stays are permitted.
The interior boasts an open floor plan with plenty of light and spacious coastal design with a great floor plan and double front doors welcome you upon arriving at your vacation paradise.
Upon entering the home, you have an unobstructed view to the pool area and lanai.
From the large, fully equipped kitchen with its stainless-steel appliances there is plenty of sitting room for conversations on the large center island which also is open to the dining and living room, as well as sliding doors that are facing the pool area for great entertainment.
Wireless internet, and a washer and dryer are also available for your convenience.

Highlights of the outside include: a large lanai waiting to be used for sunbathing, grilling, lounging, al fresco dining, entertaining, swimming in the heated pool or relaxing on the sun deck in the pool, enjoy your coffee down by the dock or just see what you can catch from the deck area by the canal.

Zentral gelegen mit direktem Zugang zum Golf von Mexico und in fußläufiger Entfernung zu Restaurants und Einkaufsmöglichkeiten. Wenn Sie die Ruhe genießen und sich gleichzeitig im Zentrum großer Annehmlichkeiten befinden, sind Sie bei uns genau richtig.
Dieser Standort bietet eine schnelle Fahrt zu allen zentralen Orten in Cape Coral. Nach Matlacha sind es etwa 15 Minuten, nach Fort Myers Beach 30 Minuten und zum Florida International Airport etwa 45 Minuten.
Gäste können alles, was Südwest-Florida zu bieten hat, in einem makellosen, gut gestalteten und sehr offenen Ferienhaus genießen.

Beim Betreten des Hauses haben Sie einen freien Blick auf den Poolbereich und die Veranda.
Von der großen, voll ausgestatteten Küche mit Geräten aus Edelstahl gibt es viel Platz für Gespräche auf der großen Mittelinsel, die auch zum Ess- und Wohnzimmer hin offen ist, sowie über Schiebetüren mit Blick auf den Poolbereich Unterhaltung.
WLAN sowie eine Waschmaschine und ein Trockner stehen Ihnen ebenfalls zur Verfügung.
