Cayman Villa is a bright, breezy 4 bedroom villa with spectacular views at Cap Estate, the northern most point of Saint Lucia. The first thing you will note about Cayman Villa is the light. Travertine tile and coral walls unobtrusively frame some of the most stunning views from Mount Hardy. Situated on the dramatic bluffs overlooking the Saint Lucia –Martinique channel, one of the great delights of the villa is the opportunity to watch the change of light and the shifts in weather.

Located high on Sea Breeze hills in Cap Estate, Cayman Villa and is 5 minutes from the 18 hole championship golf course and 15 minutes from the bustling Rodney Bay district. Beaches and several resort spa hotels are in the immediate vicinity. The villa is perfectly situated to enjoy the breathtaking views of Martinique (on a clear day), and the lovely Atlantic breeze.

The Space:
The main villa has 3 air-conditioned bedrooms with en suite bathrooms, the master suite featuring both shower and soaking tub. Each bedroom enjoys access unto the galley balcony. The kitchen is modern and streamlined and there is a high-ceilinged living space with warm but minimalist furnishings. This room opens out onto a terrace, great for outdoor dining and overlooking the pool. The pool deck below commands unobstructed views, perfect for sunning by day or stargazing by night.

The villa’s fourth bedroom is a private cottage suite with private entrance and separate terrace, fully self-contained with en-suite bath and shower room. It is ideal as a guest or in-law cottage.
