"Turtle Cove" New Listing! Amazing Gulf Front Views! Pool, Tennis, Kayak

Come relax and enjoy our beautiful waterfront end unit located within the Beachview community. Pool is not heated.
Main floor features a Queen Guest Bedroom with an attached full bath. Fully equipped kitchen with stainless steel appliances, granite counter tops, spacious open dining and living room floor plan.
Large flat screen tv, dining room has seating for six, bar area seats 3.
Upstairs features two large bedrooms, King Master Suite with private attached bathroom, shower stall, walkout balcony with views of the emerald green waters of the Gulf of Mexico, smart tv. Queen Guest bedroom flat screen tv and attached full bathroom with tub/ shower combo. There is a full-size sofa bed in the living room.

3 bedrooms, 3 baths, Maximum Occupancy of 8.

Our gulf front patios over looks the white sands of Beachviews private community beach. Relaxing ocean salt-water, perfect for long walks on the beach or lounging with a favorite book. Children big and little will love searching for hermit crabs and collecting seashells. You can sit on the patio for a cool evening drink and enjoy the beautiful sunset and watch the dolphins swim with the tide and the sailboats move up and down the seashore.

Pensacola Beach is just a short 15-minute drive away from the townhouse. Pack a picnic lunch and enjoy a day swimming and playing in the Gulf of Mexico. The main beach area has restrooms, picnic pavilions, and lifeguards on duty during the day.

There are plenty of activities for teens, families and couples. Local activities include: Swimming, fishing, moonlight strolls and summer concerts on Navarre Beach. The Naval Aviation Museum, dolphin cruises, turtle center,go-carting, putt putt golfing and don’t forget the Lighthouse Tour. Great golfing can be found just across the main land at Hidden Creek Golf course. Single car garage has refrigerator, 2-adult bikes, community grill area near tennis courts.

Our townhouse can accommodate three cars. Sorry no additional parking spaces are available. The Beachview Homeowners Association does not allow Motorhomes, jet skis or trailers of any kind to be parked within the community! Parking on the street or grass areas is prohibited.

Exceptional quality and value

Three seniors for Christmas and our stay was wonderful. The place had all the amenities we needed and a lot more than we expected. Just a short walk from the beach and great views from both balconies. Highly recommended.

Met almost every expectation!

Couldn’t have asked for a more beautiful view! House was well-supplied with all the necessities and plenty of space to gather or spread out. We were disappointed that the bikes were not available but have little else negative to say. We loved the location and would definitely book again when back in Florida. Thank you for helping create some wonderful family memories.

My family had a wonderful stay! The weather was perfect. Probably the best we've had in October in the last 7 years. Great view of the beach with either the main level (loved the chairs here) or upper balcony.The pluses was a garage full of beach equipment/toys. No chair service but you can pay for it if you'd like. But we used the beach chairs and umbrellas in the garage and actually preferred that. People do get up at the crack of dawn to claim their beach spot. We wanted to ride bikes but one of the tires wouldn't inflate. We took to the bike shop and it ended up needing a new tire. We replaced it because we just wanted to get it taken care of to ride on the trail which was fun to look at the beach mansions. There are plenty of bath towels, soap, games and other extras that was really nice and not typical of other condos we've stayed at. Beds/pillows were comfortable too. You can walk to two of the restaurants on the east end by the pier. Tons of other good restaurant options that we don't typically have to choose from when we stay in Fort Walton Beach which was nice.The minuses. You could hear people on both sides on occasion. Nothing crazy though. It does need some tlc in some areas on the inside. If you go out into the garage, don't shut the door behind you or you'll be locked out and have to go around to the front. But none of these things would make us not stay here again.Overall a great stay!

Not only was Turtle Cove furnished with all the amenities of a first class accommodation, it has a spectacular view of the Gulf that is even more spectacular. It is ever changing in its colors, its mood and all the life forms it hosts and displays. You will never get tired of watching Mother Natures shows and the emerald sea that hosts them! I also highly recommend the rental agent and her staff. They gave prompt and responsive service to our infrequent needs. I would highly recommend it to our friends and relatives.

Condo has everything you ever need to enjoy your stay. We were really surprised the amount of beach staff that is available , including paddle board and kayak. Kitchen is fully stuffed and i was pleased with new pots and pens as well as new baking sheets. Overall im impressed and in love with this place. Hope to stay there again.

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: This was prefect for us! We are a group of four ladies that wanted to relax for one of our 50th birthdays! The walk to the beach was easy, the crossover is really close. The house had everything we needed and was clean. They had beach chairs downstairs and some other things. I didn't notice bikes, but we didn't look for them. Great place to rinse off downstairs. There is a chair / umbrella service you can hire that goes out and puts it all up. We loved that. We all agreed we would stay here again and already are looking for our dates in 2024! The staff was great to work with, answered all our questions in a very timely manner and was responsive while onsite.
