This cozy and well-appointed condo was perfect for a quick beach trip. In particular, the young ones loved access to two pools which reduced crowding. Highly recommend.

We had a high standard but it was met immediately! Great condo, great location! Restaurants and shops are nearby, everyone was super friendly. The beach was a bit of a walk, so plan ahead (we brought a collapsible wagon, which was a lifesaver when toting everything down to the beach and back). We will definitely be back next year! We could not be more happy! Even the weather was perfect the entire week!

Perfect spot for our anniversary getaway!

The condo was clean, comfortable, and nicely updated with everything we needed. The carts in the lobby made move-in a breeze. Loved the view from the balcony and the chairs and table out there were great for breakfast coffee and evening drinks. Access to the beach was quick and easy. Our first time at Dauphin Island, and we loved it - and we'll definitely want to stay in this particular condo next time we visit!

Nice place to stay.

Cute room. overall clean. beds were comfy. balcony and view were perfect. location was great. Only issue we had was that the air didn't get below 79 during the day with all the doors closed, so it was hot. Noticed mold on the vent covers, so those should be cleaned. Overall we did enjoy our stay!!

Check in was a breeze, carts by the elevator to carry your stuff up. Everything you need to cook is there, but I would bring spices, only salt and pepper. Also, bring trash bags, toilet paper, dish soap and paper towels, you get a very limited amount. We brought all of our groceries as stores are limited.

Great views

We have stayed in this unit twice this year. It is clean, well appointed with what we needed, and has amazing views. We came in for a college tour in Mobile but stayed on the island. I would rent this unit again.

Perfect Low Key Getaway

Tim is an exceptional manager of the property! If any issues arise or you have questions, he’s right there to help. The room was spacious and accommodating, mostly clean (Tim personally lended a hand with cleaning, thank you!) The 2 pools on the property are perfect and not over crowded. The beach is a brief walk and the island itself is relaxing, fewer people, and slower paced. Dining out is best when you read reviews and go right before dinner rush. Most restaurants are small but have great food. It’s worth the trip! Oh, make sure to visit the small but excellent aquarium and ride the Ferry! Very cool. Thanks again for our stay :) We’ll be back!!!P.S. There’s 2 chairs and an umbrella in the room for use. A small pantry located in the laundry room with a few extras. Bring extra dish pods, laundry soap, trash bags, and toiletries. Closest store is Dollar General and closest place to buy more in depth groceries is 30 minutes out. Wear flip flops to the beach in the afternoons (hot hot hot lol)

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: We loved our time at The Inn 410 and hope to return soon. The view from the deck is wonderful and the high chairs were so comfortable, making it a favorite spot to gather for our family. Everything was clean and comfortable. We noticed the first night that the AC was not working well, and when we cooked dinner the temperature got up into the 80's and the AC just couldn't keep up. The next morning we told the front desk, and right then they sent the maintenance man up to look at it. He called the HVAC guys and within a few hours they had repaired a leak in the system, replaced the freon, and got it working again like new for the rest of our time. Front desk folks were friendly and helpful throughout the week as well. Overall, just a great experience, great beach, great area, great place to stay. Thank you for a great and restful week for our family.

Great location and everything was smooth. The combination for the gate and condo worked, and the communication from Tim was clear and timely. It’s a comfortable place. We liked having 2 bathrooms and the AC worked great. Pool area was well maintained and there is convenient beach access. I would stay here again.
