Charming and great location - April 2025

Rating Details: The property manager was very helpful. The vacation rental was spotless. I was very happy with the location. I was satisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: The cottage location and front porch are both terrific. Additionally the property management co. did a great job handling small issues. A real pleasure to work with. Would say however the marketing photos and description could have been more helpful when it came to the back patio and pool area which is separated from the back house on the property by a tall white fence. The fence blocks the airflow resulting in a very warm space. Additionally the shrubbery around and above the fence created quite of bit of debris which needed to be cleaned daily from the patio and pool. Finally the wifi did not work properly throughout our stay going out at least once an hour. Again we loved the location and our time on the beautiful front porch.

We’re also glad our team was able to assist you promptly and that you found working with us a pleasure. We truly appreciate your feedback regarding the back patio and pool area. We understand how important clear and accurate descriptions are when choosing a property, and we’ll take a closer look at our listing to ensure it better reflects the layout and conditions, including airflow and landscaping impact.
