Bedroom: 1 Queen Bed, 2 child sized bunk beds- Bunk Beds are not large enough for adults.

Coffee / Coffee Maker
Traditional drip coffee maker, Keurig, and french press are provided. Bringing filters and coffee is recommended.

Riverbend Condominiums has a strict no pet policy for renters, including emotional support animals. No exceptions will be granted. Failure to adhere to this policy will lead to immediate eviction without refund.
