Weekend Getaway

The house was perfect for us, parents, teen, and couple with 2 dogs We had enough room for everyone and the backyard was big enough for the dogs to run comfortably

The home is very nice and roomy. Located near downtown and great BBQ. We visited Lake Murray and the WinStar Casino. The location is is conveniently located between the two.loacation was convenientvisited

Would definitely recommend this place!

Absolutely beautiful; true to the pictures!!Host was very attentive! There were trains going by, but they didn't bother us and host provided earplugs.....no one in our group even used them though!! So many amenities available to us!

Perfect stay for a golf getaway

We really enjoyed our stay. This was a golf trip with old friends and we all agreed that it largely exceeded our expectations. The only down side to it is the trains passing by and blowing their horns. Aside from that, the property was excellent. I would definitely stay there again.

Don’t let the outside sway your decision to stay here. The inside is very nice and modern. Very cozy and comfortable. Had everything we needed for a weekend trip to lake Murray. Beds are comfortable and ac works great. Backyard was great for our dogs and the inside floors were nice and cool for them. The trains did pass quite a few times but really the only time we noticed them was when we were awake. Would stay here again and recommend it for a nice vacation spot to the lake.

Nice place - train close

It was a great place, but believe the warning about the train tracks - very close and on intersection so you get the horn blasts. The ear plugs were needed.

Perfect House & Close to Lake Murray

We found this little gem that is close enough to Lake Murray. We were so happy with our stay. The house was perfect for us. We traveled from West OKC to the lake and this home was 15 minutes or less from the lake. Plenty of parking for our boat. The house was accommodating and had everything we need. Can’t wait to stay again.

Place was beautiful, true to the pictures on the post! Place was clean and filled with many ammenities! I loved those thirsty towels! Place is near train tracks but you get used to it and host even provided earplugs.....which none of us even used! There was not a washer or dryer, but we didn't need it. Very nice roomy place!

Comfy cabin

We enjoyed our stay this past weekend. The house is very neat and has a lot of nice features. Very open, lots of space. Beds were very confortable. It is close to train tracks, and the train horns do go off; however there are earplugs provided, which is very thoughtful! I still slept very well, and overall we were very comfortable. We stayed here on a quick trip to Winstar Casino, which is about 15 miles away.

We had a wonderful stay at Rustic Magnolia! When we walked in we felt a warm welcoming feeling. The host was responsive when we had a question. The house was decorated so neat, DON'T LET THE OUTSIDE bother you, this was one of my favorite homes we stayed in. Location is on edge of town and is very quiet except it's by the train tracks. LOL Choo Choo!!!! There are ear plugs if needed. We slept right thru and actually got some laughs from them singing.... " I hear that train a comin', it's rolling around the bend".... Good Stuff!!!We went into Ardmore and did some shopping at Murry on Main and around that area and went to Lone Grove to Pixey Dust, cute shop and bakery and at Humble Honey! We didn't drive far to eat and was surprised at how good the food was at Poor Boy 77 cafe for breakfast, and had dinner at La Roca-Not your samo samo mexican food. It was really good! So, if you are going to Winstar-don't bother wasting money at their hotels, this is about a 15 minute drive and if you are planning a golf trip with a group, this house would be perfect!

Property is probably great during warm weather and real nice on the inside.

Nice property on the inside however had a cold first 24 hours as house is connected to a huge metal barn that isn’t insulated and very cold in mid-February. Concrete floor in master bedroom adds to cold feeling. Also had to call rental agent to have someone come out and thaw out the pipes as they were frozen inside the barn resulting in no hot water in both bathrooms, which was taken care of in only a couple of hours.
