This historic Lincolnville cottage offers walking access to St. Augustine's downtown plaza, Castillo de San Marcos, and waterfront dining. A private backyard and front porch provide outdoor living space between explorations of the nation's oldest city. The Space:
Experience the charm of this lovingly restored 2-bedroom bungalow located in the St. Augustine Historic District of Lincolnville, directly adjacent to Historical Downtown St. Augustine! Unwind on the expansive front porch and soak in the refreshing sea breeze in this ideal location. You'll enjoy the perfect balance of being just a short distance away from the bustling downtown area while still being able to walk or bike to any destination in town. On-site parking is available, and all the downtown attractions and restaurants are easily accessible.
The features of the main spaces of the bungalow/property:
- A bright and spacious sitting area with a large plush sofa that faces a flat-screen Smart TV that’s able to connect to your streaming accounts, providing a relaxing space to hang out.
- A fully-equipped kitchen that’s outfitted with everything you’d need to cook up homemade dishes and a dining bar with 4 chairs where you can enjoy a sit-down meal or work on your laptop comfortably if needed.
- Next to the kitchen is a laundry closet with a washer & dryer.
- 2 bedrooms and 1 full bathroom to accommodate 4 guests as such:

Please note that there's no exterior back door as the property is not fully fenced in. You'll need to supervise kids at all times in the yard area.

We provide some home/bath essentials like basic soap, shampoo, conditioner, and toilet paper. Some cleaning supplies, such as dish soap, laundry detergent, paper towels, and trash bags, are provided. Keep in mind these items are not replenished.
There is a welcome sheet inside with further instructions, including WiFi details.
Guests may need to sign a Rental Agreement upon booking confirmation and/or upon arrival.
A security deposit may be required prior to arrival or at check-in, subject to the booking platform used to make the reservation. This fee is charged as a credit card transaction and refunded after check-out, provided all terms are met.
For reservations of 25 nights or more, a mandatory maintenance check will be conducted to ensure the property remains in excellent condition during your stay. This check will typically take place 1.5 to 2 weeks after your arrival.
We will coordinate the specific timing of this visit with you to ensure minimal disruption and accommodate your schedule. Please note that access to the property for this maintenance check requires prior authorization.
A mandatory $100 cleaning is required every two weeks for stays longer than 28 days.
HOUSE RULES
- Travelers must be at least 25 years of age or older to book.
- No smoking of any kind (tobacco or cannabis) is allowed inside the home or near open windows, and the use of any recreational drugs at the property is strictly prohibited. Failure to comply will incur a penalty of $500 - $1000 depending on the damaged/replaced items.
- No parties/events are allowed, illegal activity is prohibited, and excessive noise will not be tolerated. No loud music after 10 pm. Please be respectful of the neighbors.
- No more guests than those listed in your reservation are allowed. Visitors are ok as long as they don’t stay overnight.
- Renters agree to cover any charge related to damages that occurred during their stay or extra-cleaning charges if needed after their stay.
- Renters may be required to provide a government ID on the day of check-in or anytime during their stay.
- Please avoid moving furniture.
- No pets are allowed.
- Kindly check all drawers, cabinets, closets, and under the beds. Please make sure you do not leave anything behind. We do not ship belongings to guests after check-out. No exceptions.

A birthday vacation
We stayed in St Augustine for my husband's birthday. The house was comfortable, and close to restaurants and attractions. Check in and check out was a breeze. The bed was comfy.

St. Augustine birthday trip
This property was perfectly located for our trip, a short walk from downtown and very quiet. The neighborhood has signs all over that they were opposed to short term rentals but we never encountered any issues from that. Everyone slept well, all the appliances worked as they should. It was nice to have a driveway with free parking. Overall we really enjoyed our stay

Amazing neighborhood and accomodations
The house is well taken care, is very cute, and sits in Lincolnville, which was a surprise to me. It is very close to the historic St Augustine downtown (15 minute leisurely walk) but is 100% residential. The feel is that you are living there, not vacationing! We loved it, being our second time in the area.
Both rooms have Sleep Number beds which were amazing. The furniture is all of good quality, not some of the cheap stuff you see at a lot of short term rentals - comfortable couch, nice looking decor. The bathroom is pretty small, but the whole house is, without being too cramped.
The only two comments I'd make:
1. The home has everything you may need in the kitchen - pots, pans, utensils, knives, even spices, salt sugar, etc - except a dishwasher :-) I left a suggestion in the guest book about it.
2. Although the house was super clean, some items could use a little attention every once in a while (the blinds were dirty, and the ceiling fan blades were very dusty).
Other than that... superb service and a great place to stay!!!
