Primary laundry room with additional full size refrigerator, utility sink, and storage cabinetry. Second king suite with private bathroom. Third king suite with private bathroom.
Third Level: Primary living room with smart tv. Fully stocked kitchen with bar seating for five. Dining area with seating for eight with storage side board for serving. Additional wet bar with full size ice maker has all the party accessories ready. A hallway behind the kitchen houses the powder room for the floor, a work desk, additional laundry units and and additional full size refrigerator. The primary king suite has private balcony with hanging basket chairs for breezy evening lounging. IF A PET IS SEEN ENTERING A NON PET FRIENDLY HOME, GUEST WILL BE CHARGED A PENALTY AND/OR EVICTED.

Shell Yeah is a non-pet friendly property, and there are no exceptions. If a pet is seen entering Shell Yeah the homeowner and/or Cinnamon Shore Vacation Rentals has the right to immediately evict the renter with no refunds, regardless of time of day or night.

There will be an automatic non-refundable penalty fee of $1000 added to the reservation if a pet is seen entering the property. If the pet does not leave the property immediately, at the date of the violation, there will be an additional $300 daily charge applied to the renter until eviction. It is up to the contract signee to disperse the pet policy to all persons staying in the home. If a renter's "guests" violate this policy it is assumed they are aware of the policy and the fee will be assessed. The Renter may also be liable for any additional charges related to cleaning fees and/or damage in the home.
