They now have a large covered deck facing beach with new deck furniture to hang out and enjoy beautiful sunrises or beach views. Location offers Smart TV with streaming option onbly in Living Room and Wi-Fi throughout place. Also offers an outdoor opened area shower head to rinse off before entering from beachside entry. Nearest golf cart crossover path is #4.3 Apple Lane.Â

Mt brother pd $649/ ight for a beach fron house. There wa s no access to beach bc they were havi g heavy eqpuipment wotking there. If we had access it would have been perfect. Had to rent a $145//day golf cart to get to the next beach access down the road.
Pepsi camp gave a great view of the beach and quick access to the beach. The camp itself accommodated our groups needs as well as had a great screen area for evening enjoyment.
