Perfectly positioned in a quiet, family-friendly street in Shellharbour Village, itâs just moments from the vibrant Town Centre, offering restaurants, cafĂ©s, a boat harbour and an ocean pool. Plus, itâs only a short stroll to the stylish Waterfront Marina precinct and the picturesque Shellharbour South patrolled beach.

Welcome to your stylish home away from home â perfect for relaxed coastal getaways, family holidays, or a fun break with friends! This beautifully appointed retreat combines comfort, convenience, and a touch of luxury.
Accommodates up to 8 guests

2 x Queen Beds
2 x Single Beds
1 x Queen Sofa Bed in the upstairs lounge (linen provided in the cupboard â not pre-made)
Fully equipped with gas cooktop & oven
All the essentials for cooking in comfort and style
Outdoor Courtyard fully enclosed for privacy and relaxation
Weber Q gas BBQ â ideal for entertaining
Comfortable seating to enjoy meals or unwind with a drink

The entire property including the garage. The house is located down a narrow battleaxe driveway on the left hand side of the property.
The Neighborhood:
Shellharbour Village is a sought-after location and community that provides everything you need within a short walk or drive. The Village has much to offer including; Town Centre with shops, restaurants and cafes, Ocean Beach
Hotel, South Beach, the boat harbour, ocean pool, cycle and walking tracks, Little Park and just down the road The Farm Beach, Killalea Regional Parklands, the Waterfront Marina, The Shellharbour Club, Stockland Shopping Centre and the Movie Precinct. Shellharbour Junction train station is just down the road. Wollongong is only 20kms away, 8 minutes to Kiama, 15 minutes to Jamberoo Action Park and a 1 hour drive to the Southern suburbs of Sydney. The Shellharbour Airport with regular flights to Melbourne and Brisbane is located in nearby Albion Park.
Getting Around:
Our closest train station is Dunmore station and buses run regularly along Addison Street in Shellharbour.

A 25% deposit is required at the time of booking, with the remaining 75% due 13 days before check-in. Please ensure sufficient funds are available on your Visa or Mastercard, as fees may apply for declined transactions.

Our home is situated in a tranquil neighborhood with permanent residents nearby, therefore, we regretfully cannot accommodate "hens/bucks" parties or "schoolies" bookings. Our space is ideally suited for families or friend getaways seeking a peaceful retreat. Linen and bath towels are provided for all guests, with beds pre-made for your convenience. Please remember to bring your own beach towels.
All bookings are subject to the guest's full compliance with the NSW Government Short-Term Rental Accommodation Code of Conduct for the duration of their stay.
