The Space:
A comfortable two bedroom fully furnished apartment just metres from the beach. Capable of sleeping four adults as standard with one king size bed in the main bedroom and a choice of two single beds or one king size bed (depending on requested configuration) in the second bedroom.
The apartment has been modernised to cater for everything a holiday visitor may need and we try hard to keep it in a condition we would expect when renting a holiday apartment ourselves. There is fitted air conditioning in the living room which adds extra cooling on hot days if the beautiful sea breeze isn't enough as well as ceiling fans in the bedrooms.
Please note if your stay is to include the nights of Christmas or New Year's Eve a 3 night minimum stay is required.

Guest Access:
The building is situated in a prime position one street back from the beach with an unobstructed view of the entire length of Manly beach. A few minutes walk from the ferry with a direct link to Sydney and in the heart of the lively town of Manly with convenient shops and restaurants for every taste.
A small outdoor swimming pool is available on the roof of the building along with communal BBQ facilities. There is also free, unlimited, fast WiFi in the apartment for your use.
The Neighborhood:
Manly: known as the gateway to the Northern Beaches and Sydneyâs premier beach destination offering an eclectic mix of waterfront restaurants, bars and laneways bustling with cafes and independent traders.
The town centre is nestled between the harbour on one side and the ocean surf beach on the other, just 17 kilometres north west of Sydney CBD and 15 minutes away on the fast ferry. The Corso is the spine of Manly stretching from harbour to beach, lined with local heritage buildings. Branching off The Corso, Darley Road, Sydney Road, South and North Steyne and Belgrave Street as well as the vibrant evolving laneways all offer an array of shops, cafes and services.
Manly is a very happening place. Thereâs a lot to do from snorkelling at Shelly Beach, to cycling the length of the famous Manly Beach. Early morning beach training and ocean swims start each day and as the sun goes down quirky night-time venues open, frequented by a youthful population from around the world. Events pepper the annual calendar, always offering something extra, even to long term Manly locals.
Getting Around:
The apartment is just a short walk from the ferry which takes you into the heart of Sydney city centre at Circular Quay where there is also a train station for wider access to the area.
Other Things to Note:
The apartment is not suited to families with children under 5 but young, sensible children over that age should be fine. This is a no smoking apartment.
Free parking is available with one allocated parking space suitable for a small to medium-sized car in the resident's section of the building car park.
All the apartments we manage come with a Welcome Letter and instructions so you know how everything works to ensure you can get the most out of your stay. All bedding and towels (note one bath towel per person) are included along with beginner basics such as tea, coffee, sugar, milk, shampoo, bodywash and toilet paper to get you through the first few days.
Prior to arrival we ask all guests to quickly fill in some contact information on our Guest Registraton Form and tell them a little bit more about how we hope they'll look after the apartment.
Please note as we continue to improve the property over time the furniture and furnishings may change from those shown in the photos. On Wednesdays of each week there will be some noisy construction works happening in the building but this is just kept to one day per week during working hours by the building manager.
Bookings made less than 2 days before the arrival date may not be able to be provided with your preferred bedding configuration. Please message us before booking to check if a certain configuration is particularly important to you.

As a professional holiday rental agency we are available to answer any questions or help with any problems that crop up. Unlike part time casual owner-managers we do this for a living professionally, it is our core focus, we hold professional licences to do this and we are ALWAYS just a message away if you need us.
